  Sister of Bride

  Cindy was such a greta asset on the day of my sister's wedding. We hired her for day of coordination. She was instrumental in confirming our vendors arrival time and overall just making the day run smoothly. Cindys attitude was amazing! She was friendly and really got along well with our family. 12/10 would hire again!

  A Top Notch Wedding Planner

  Cindy is by far the reason my wedding was a success! From day one she is extremely personable, diligent and thorough. Cindy goes above and beyond to make sure that your day is the one you have dreamt of forever. And, if you are like me and still didn’t know exactly what you want on something, she will give the best advice from her experience (and she truly is a wealth of knowledge)! My wedding took place the winter break of my second year in law school (an indescribably busy time) and Cindy truly is the only reason it happened! My favorite aspect of Cindy (and the one I know I needed most in a wedding planner) is her prompt, honest, and insightful communication! You truly will not be disappointed if she is part of your big day!!!

  Cindy was a great help for our daughter’s wedding. She was extremely detailed and made sure everything was just right before the ceremony and during the reception. She was a huge asset in helping our daughter’s wedding day go smoothly and we couldn’t have done it without her help. We highly recommend hiring Completely Coordinated to any bride that wants to enjoy her day and not have to worry about the details!

  Coordination at its best!

  Cindy was available to me anytime I (the bride) needed her. She had very helpful reminder lists for the day of all the way to helping curate the perfect vendors. She was absolutely essential to the planning process and of course running everything the day of. Thank you Cindy!

  Highly recommend Cindy for any Wedding Coordinator Needs!

  Our beautiful wedding was last Saturday at Merrick Hollow. We were first introduced to Cindy through the venue and we are so glad we had her as our Day of Coordinator! The wedding was a huge success and the best day of our lives. We couldn't have done it without Cindy.
  
  Cindy initially helped us through the planning process. We gave Cindy all of our ideas and events we wanted to happen throughout the day and she was able to create an amazing timeline for us and keep us on track that day. She contacted all of our vendors before hand to make sure they had the timelines and any questions answered. Cindy was so responsive to my emails and text messages. She was so kind and sweet with any changes we had and updated the timelines with what we needed. She did a 30 day walkthrough with us at the venue to make sure we had our vision set and knew what to expect. We were also able to hash out some final details. She gave so many wonderful recommendations that really helped make the day successful.
  
  Day of, Cindy was a tremendous help. She helped our friends and family set up the venue, decorate, check in with our vendors, and answer any last minute questions we had. Cindy was able to lead us in a quick wedding rehearsal morning of, so that we were prepared for the ceremony later. She helped everyone in the wedding know what to do, where to go, and when. She even helped us with a few vendor and officiant issues that came up day off and quickly got everything solved and back on track. Our officiant didn't show up for our rehearsal in the morning and was unresponsive to our text messages and calls. Cindy immediately stepped in and started calling officiants she knew to make sure we had someone there for our wedding ceremony. Once we had an officiant confirm, she made sure they were aware of all the things we had planned for our ceremony and made sure they would be great for our ceremony. The officiant that came ended up doing a fantastic job and Cindy did a fantastic job handling the situation. There was little to no stress on our part because it was all taken care of.
  
  Cindy did a fantastic job keeping everything on schedule at our wedding. She would always check in with us to see if we wanted more time on something or needed anything. She even grabbed our food and drinks so we could spend more time with our friends and family to mingle during our wedding. She did a fantastic job coordinating with the other vendors at the wedding including the DJ and the Photographer so that they knew what was coming and when to start specific events. At the end of the night, Cindy even helped our friends and family clean up and pack our stuff.
  
  I am so thankful we had Cindy there at our wedding to make our wedding day a huge success. We are still talking about our wedding today and how much we loved it. Thank you Cindy for all your amazing work and being so amazing to our friends and family. Our youngest son even came up to us and wanted to make sure he gave Cindy and hug before we left.

  Cindy was SO helpful throughout wedding planning and the entire day of the wedding!! I genuinely couldn’t have had a smooth wedding day without her. She was always so quick to respond to my millions of questions and she organized all my vendors and the day of. It made for a wedding day that I truly didn’t have to think twice about anything! 10/10 recommend!!

  Day of Coordinator

  We chose to add on a day of coordinator package with our venue, Merrick Hollow, and Cindy was assigned to us. She was an amazing help from decorating, coordinating with our vendors, help making a timeline, running our rehersal and anything that was needed on our day. Would 100% recommend her to anyone who asked! We loved worked with her.

  Breath of Fresh Air! Perfection!

  Cindy went above and beyond to make our day run as smoothly as possible. Even with the little bumps that were completely out of our control, she was there to help find solutions and keep me stress free! There was never a time she didn’t respond to me timely and was so helpful by answering every single one of my questions… and sometimes there were a lot! She kept the day rolling and made sure everything we had planned and worked so hard for became a reality. From just engaging in a sweet conversation to loading up some cake in our getaway car. I couldn’t say enough good things about Cindy! She was my steady heartbeat as my head spun out of control with things to do. Above all, she put me and my husband first. Listened to what we wanted and cared about our well being. Just amazing!

  We cannot imagine the day without Cindy!

  Cindy was the day-of coordinator for our wedding, and we cannot imagine the day without her. She took so much pressure and stress off of my husband and I, which allowed us to sit back and enjoy the night. We were impressed by her organization, and attention to detail. Multiple vendors approached us afterwards to let us know that they were impressed with Cindy's professionalism and kindness. It was such a blessing to have her there on our day, and I would recommend her services!

  Cindy was the day-of coordinator for our wedding, and we cannot imagine the day without her.   Cindy was always 5 steps ahead of me! She knew what we needed before we did. It sprinkled/rained less than an hour before the outdoor ceremony. Cindy got towels and went outside to wipe down 120+ seats for our guests! I confidently give Cindy my highest recommendation! My only regret is that I can’t hire Cindy in all aspects of my life!

  I had the best experience!

  Cindy was awesome for my wedding! I recruited her as my day of coordinator. We met about a month out and went through the whole timeline for my day. She knew all the right questions to ask for me to figure out all the details for my day. She even texted me all the questions that we had thought of after the fact so I wouldn’t miss anything! She was so receptive and answered all my questions big and small. I asked her about a month out to help me for 8 hours instead of 6 and she agreed no problem. Day of, she was doing all the things that I was unable to handle as the bride. She showed up early to help decorate and handled any problems that arose. Everything turned out perfect and a big part of that I contribute to her! Cindy is so kind but also is not afraid to take charge and handle a problem! Pick her as your day of coordinator!

She knew all the right questions to ask for me to figure out all the details for my day. She even texted me all the questions that we had thought of after the fact so I wouldn’t miss anything! She was so receptive and answered all my questions big and small. I asked her about a month out to help me for 8 hours instead of 6 and she agreed no problem. Day of, she was doing all the things that I was unable to handle as the bride. She showed up early to help decorate and handled any problems that arose. Everything turned out perfect and a big part of that I contribute to her! Cindy is so kind but also is not afraid to take charge and handle a problem! Pick her as your day of coordinator!

  Amazing Wedding Coordinator!

  Cindy was worth her weight in gold. I wanted a day-of coordinator for my wedding and didn’t really know where to start. I emailed Cindy and after our first conversation, I knew she would be perfect for our big day. She did so much more than day-of services. She is so knowledgeable, personable, and down to earth! She was familiar with my vendors already and kept in contact with them leading up to the wedding so I didn’t have to. She made a customized timeline for the day and made sure the vendors stuck to it. Any questions I thought about last minute, she already had it taken care of! She arranged for my husband and me to have a private meal before our reception and had it waiting for us when we arrived from our ceremony to make sure we got something to eat. She had an assistant at the reception site while she was at the ceremony to make sure things were perfect when guest arrived at the reception. The ceremony and reception went perfectly and we have Cindy and her assistant, Danielle, to thank for that.

  Nothing short of perfect!

  Cindy was amazing from beginning to end, we found out we were expecting in the middle of all our planning and had to move the date up!! Cindy worked so hard on making our day perfect, and it was! She was very responsive and took care of communication to the vendors. She even helped me pick our recessional song! I can’t recommend her enough.

  When we asked Cindy to step in to help with our wedding planning in mid June 2022 for a 90 guest wedding in November of the same year she didn't hesitate to accept! Oh and did I mention it was in a remote cabin in Broken Bow, Oklahoma that none of us would see in person until the morning before the wedding! Cindy never worried and kept me from worrying and my daughter the bride! She got us quotes and choices of vendors and did it all so easy that we never felt the wedding planning craziness (nightmare) that people warn you about. And to think I was worried that a wedding coordinator would be too expensive or not really needed, we were so wrong on both accounts! Her prices are so reasonable and we could not have done any of it without her! And one last thing....It was everything and more my daughter and I had envisioned. Don't hesitate to call her for your wedding planning!

  10/10 Olivia is the best!!

  We had Olivia as our coordinator for our wedding on 11/12 and she was the absolute best!
