We own Birdie & Bogey's Mobile Mini Golf and recently had the pleasure of working a wedding with Cindy as the coordinator. She was wonderful to work alongside. Easy to communicate with, friendly and helpful upon our arrival, had a crisp, clean game plan for the day where we could access our load in space with ease - couldn't have had a smoother experience working under her direction. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding coordinator! She was kind, efficient, and handled everything with a smile. She stepped in to help with tasks I didn’t even realize needed to be done…. first time bride probs 😂 She made the entire day run smoothly and allowed me to actually enjoy every moment. Cindy made the whole process from helping us pick vendors, come up with event and decor ideas and planning, executing the day and communicating throughout the whole thing so easy. She and her team made the day amazing and we trusted her completely to make the necessary decisions about decor, placement and any challenges that came our way. She was so helpful with ideas when I didn't know what I wanted but was not pushy - she let us have OUR day with helpful suggestions along the way. The day itself was seamless and any issues that arose, they took care of perfectly! She added nice touches that we didn't even have to ask for - she saw an opportunity to make decor better and ran with it! She was so helpful in communicating with and coordinating our vendors, and she was always a quick call or text away when I had questions or any concerns. I cannot recommend Cindy enough as your wedding coordinator! My family, husband and I were allowed to fully enjoy the day without having to worry about what needed to get done to make our backyard wedding perfect.Completely Coordinated's reply:

I’m extremely grateful to Dani. Without her, my wedding would’ve been a mess since it was extremely draining having to select everything and having to communicate with all the vendors. Also, thank you for keeping everyone on their duties (wedding party, parents, everyone else), and thank you for helping set up all the decorations that were not part of the florist's work. Everything turned out perfectly, and I will highly recommend Dani because she’s always on top of everything and extremely helpful with every question you might have. Honestly, I was so concerned about how stressful the day was going to be, as well as the last month leading up.. but to my surprise, it honestly was a breeze. Cindy made our day unforgettable! We did have some last min changes, like removing the cake cutting, changing how the groomsmen walked out, and a very last min rain shower- she handled all of it!

Cindy was excellent. She helped plan our day of timeline and kept things running smoothly all day long. We got to have a meeting in person with her and also a couple phone calls. Cindy really provided all the care and support I needed for my big day! She was available to answer all my questions prior to the wedding and ensured that all the vendors were confirmed and arrived on time. I almost forgot to go see how everything looked before guests arrived because she was there handling everything so I could enjoy my morning with my girls! We had last minute rain (like 10 min before) my outdoor ceremony, and as soon as I gave her the word, she was so quick to rearrange and get things ready for an indoor ceremony. I couldn’t imagine not having her as my coordinator, she helped make my dream wedding possible! Cindy was wonderful to work with. My mom and I were looking for a month of coordinator to help with finite details and Cindy couldn't have been more helpful. She ran our rehearsal the night before the wedding flawlessly and professionally. She created a detailed timeline of everything we wished for the wedding and was quick to make changes to the timeline as we changed out minds (which happened frequently haha). If you are looking for a coordinator to help execute your vision, Cindy is your gal. She is experienced at this and will not disappoint. Our beautiful wedding was last Saturday at Merrick Hollow. We were first introduced to Cindy through the venue and we are so glad we had her as our Day of Coordinator! The wedding was a huge success and the best day of our lives. We couldn't have done it without Cindy.
Cindy initially helped us through the planning process. We gave Cindy all of our ideas and events we wanted to happen throughout the day and she was able to create an amazing timeline for us and keep us on track that day. She contacted all of our vendors before hand to make sure they had the timelines and any questions answered. Cindy was so responsive to my emails and text messages. She was so kind and sweet with any changes we had and updated the timelines with what we needed. She did a 30 day walkthrough with us at the venue to make sure we had our vision set and knew what to expect. We were also able to hash out some final details. She gave so many wonderful recommendations that really helped make the day successful.
Day of, Cindy was a tremendous help. She helped our friends and family set up the venue, decorate, check in with our vendors, and answer any last minute questions we had. Cindy was able to lead us in a quick wedding rehearsal morning of, so that we were prepared for the ceremony later. She helped everyone in the wedding know what to do, where to go, and when. She even helped us with a few vendor and officiant issues that came up day off and quickly got everything solved and back on track. Our officiant didn't show up for our rehearsal in the morning and was unresponsive to our text messages and calls. Cindy immediately stepped in and started calling officiants she knew to make sure we had someone there for our wedding ceremony. Once we had an officiant confirm, she made sure they were aware of all the things we had planned for our ceremony and made sure they would be great for our ceremony. The officiant that came ended up doing a fantastic job and Cindy did a fantastic job handling the situation. There was little to no stress on our part because it was all taken care of.
Cindy did a fantastic job keeping everything on schedule at our wedding. She would always check in with us to see if we wanted more time on something or needed anything. She even grabbed our food and drinks so we could spend more time with our friends and family to mingle during our wedding. She did a fantastic job coordinating with the other vendors at the wedding including the DJ and the Photographer so that they knew what was coming and when to start specific events. At the end of the night, Cindy even helped our friends and family clean up and pack our stuff.
I am so thankful we had Cindy there at our wedding to make our wedding day a huge success. We are still talking about our wedding today and how much we loved it. Thank you Cindy for all your amazing work and being so amazing to our friends and family. Our youngest son even came up to us and wanted to make sure he gave Cindy and hug before we left.

Wouldn’t want anyone else!
Cindy was always 5 steps ahead of me! She knew what we needed before we did. It sprinkled/rained less than an hour before the outdoor ceremony. Cindy got towels and went outside to wipe down 120+ seats for our guests! I confidently give Cindy my highest recommendation! Cindy went above and beyond to make it perfect!
When we asked Cindy to step in to help with our wedding planning in mid June 2022 for a 90 guest wedding in November of the same year she didn't hesitate to accept! Oh and did I mention it was in a remote cabin in Broken Bow, Oklahoma that none of us would see in person until the morning before the wedding! Cindy never worried and kept me from worrying and my daughter the bride! She got us quotes and choices of vendors and did it all so easy that we never felt the wedding planning craziness (nightmare) that people warn you about. And to think I was worried that a wedding coordinator would be too expensive or not really needed, we were so wrong on both accounts! Her prices are so reasonable and we could not have done any of it without her! And one last thing....It was everything and more my daughter and I had envisioned. There are not enough words to describe how amazing Cindy and her team is! After having to postpone and reschedule my wedding due to the pandemic, Cindy was the easiest, kindest, always so quick to respond, and most attentive person to work with.
She set everything up just exactly how I imagined it, and the entire night was stress free and truly everything I always dreamed of! She was always checking on me, and even cleared tables and ran food for the venue, which was above and beyond her job description for the evening! My mom even told me how great and attentive she was to her, and how much she appreciated that. Her multi-tasking skills and professionalism real shined!
Cindy is an incredibly hard worker and knows her stuff! She is a MUST to have as your coordinator!!Completely Coordinated's reply:

If I could give them 10 stars, I would in an instant! Without question, the very best money that we spent on our wedding! I wasn’t going to have a day-of-coordinator for the wedding, but my grandma decided that she wanted me to have a stress free day and paid for it as a gift. Looking back, they should have been my first purchase! I cannot image how different my memories would be without them.. it literally scares me to think about that. Who can actually say they had the perfect wedding day during Covid? I can!!!!
If it could go wrong.. it did. The caterer thought our wedding was the following day (despite it being confirmed ahead of time). We had our rehearsal brunch catered and they never showed! Katherine sprung into action, she had chick-fil-a for everyone in no time! She made them get it together and got the dinner there (miracle) in time for the wedding. We even had extreme wind tearing things apart.. it was no match for Katherine! So many details I overlooked and they were also no match for Katherine!
I am probably the most high stress person in the world, and I can honestly say that I wasn’t stressed even one minute of my wedding day. I’m in tears writing this review, because that truly means the world to me! If you’re on the fence about hiring someone, please don’t hesitate.. you have come to the right place. They will go above and beyond to make your day perfect! Worth their weight in gold!!! I honestly wish I could hire them for life.. like every day of my life with them by my side #lifegoalsCompletely Coordinated's reply:
