Sybree was our Day-of Coordinator through Merrick Hollow, though her services began much earlier in the process. I felt overwhelmed and like I was very far behind with everything. My then fiance and I had a meeting with Sybree one month out. That changed EVERYTHING. I can't tell you how much better I felt after that meeting. Sybree has a calming presence and is so knowledgeable that I realized everything was going to be great. She was fully in control, and I could trust her to handle any situation that arose. She laid out my remaining areas that were left to plan in such a way that it actually felt manageable, instead of the chaos that I felt previously. Sybree crafted the timeline for me which was a LIFESAVER, because those things are intimidating! Sybree is such a kind and helpful person. She was always just a text message or phone call away to answer questions.

On the day of, Sybree was indispensable. If you are debating whether to get a coordinator or not, DO IT. Seriously. Hire Sybree. It relieves so much pressure on your wedding day! I was able to be upstairs focusing on getting my makeup and hair done without worrying. Sybree even helped put up and take down decorations, which was awesome! She asked for my vision and then relayed it to the others and made sure everything turned out beautifully.

Sybree was great at remembering small details and ensuring everyone knew what they were supposed to do and when/where. She ran the rehearsal. She went above and beyond, even helping me engineer a prank on my now husband (he loved it!)

My only regret is that I didn't hire Sybree to plan my entire wedding!! If I could redo it, I definitely would. We were trying to save money. In the grand scheme of weddings though, Sybree's fee is just a small portion. You really can't put a price on your happiness. I would have been less stressed for months and had so much more free time to actually enjoy being engaged if I had figured out which areas are and are not worth investing in. Take it from me. This area IS. Thank goodness I hired her as my coordinator! Please do better than me and hire her as your wedding planner.

She helped so much in the stressful process of wedding planning by helping us create a not overwhelming to do list, offering suggestions for planning, and helping us manage crises as they arose. She helped our ceremony and reception look beautiful and flow perfectly! I would recommend anyone stressing about wedding planning to use her services!

Sybree was the best to work with and I would recommend her 11/10 times for anyone who is looking for a wedding planner or a day of coordinator. Deciding to work with Sybree for our wedding was the absolute best decision we made for our wedding, and she made our day a dream come true. We worked with Sybree as a full-time planner, and she was at the venue the whole day and she set up the entire venue and coordinated all the vendors. All we had to do was sit back and enjoy, it was glorious. She was very flexible; she was very responsive to all our texts throughout the entire process, no matter what time of the day or how silly the questions were. Sybree made the entire wedding planning process so easy and stress-free. She continuously checked in on us and how we were feeling to make sure our worries were accounted for. Sybree helped us make our wedding vision into a reality and gave us recommendations and opinions when we were indecisive on a subject. Sybree was a day of coordinator for our daughters wedding. She is amazing! I wish we had hired her for the entire planning process. She is extremely reasonably priced and an extremely hard worker! She was the first to arrive and the last to leave, helping coordinate, organize, unpack, decorate....everything! Sybree is an amazing day of coordinator. She is so detail oriented. There were things I would have completely missed that she thought about. Our day would not have been perfect if not for her. She created the perfect time line and helped us stick to it, which is NOT any easy feat with my family. She is so kind and genuine. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and making sure we have the best day ever. I cannot say enough great things about Sybree. She is the absolute best! Highly recommend!!
