Melanie coordinated my daughter's wedding yesterday. When we were planning, I couldn't picture how "the day" would come together. Someone suggested a day-of coordinator which I didn't even know was a thing. But I found out that Melanie's services were worth every penny! She was very professional, cool under pressure and went way above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, from first thing to end of clean up. Can't recommend her enough!

We truly could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator for our daughter’s big day. From start to finish, every single detail was handled so seamlessly that we were able to be fully present and genuinely enjoy the day—something I don’t take lightly knowing how much goes into an event like this.

Melanie was always available, incredibly organized, and so easy to communicate with. Beyond her professionalism, she is genuinely warm and friendly, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. If there were ever any issues—and let’s be honest, there always are behind the scenes—we never heard about them. She handled everything quietly, efficiently, and without missing a beat.

Melanie went above and beyond for us and it was so nice to know she was taking care of everything for us! She packed up the bridal suite for us and made sure everything was packed up so we could relax and just load things up in our car. I have no doubt for any event big or small I would recommend her for anything!!! She was an absolute pleasure to work with and the sweetest human being. 💙😇

I (big sister) called in Melanie very close to the wedding and she jumped into action! She helped coordinate (herding cats is more apt) the wedding for my brother and SIL with grace, precision, and a level of relatability that made it so easy to tell her exactly what they wanted. And then she made it happen. She truly went above and beyond to make their special day truly theirs. I can't recommend her highly enough.

She was truly the best coordinator I could have ever asked for. The weather didn’t cooperate, things went wrong like usual and she was always there to help and fix to the best of her ability. She goes above and beyond and would 100% go the extra mile for you. 10/10 recommend.
