I have been doing business with Sue at A Touch Of Elegance for many years now. I have gotten so many compliments on all the arrangements i have purchased. I always felt like i got more for my money. Blows my mind that some people would leave a bad review. I guess there are customers that you just cant make happy. If you want to impress anyone or show how much you care for someone I would definitely check this place out!

Sue was wonderful to work with. She transformed my vision into reality. She was very attentive, flexible and worked within my timeline. The bouquets were absolutely gorgeous and I received compliments on them throughout the whole night.

We hired ATOE for our wedding in October 2017. We ended up working with a freelance artist that consults with the company (Laura) and were very happy with the result. I connected with Laura on my vision immediately during the Skype consultation. They did a great job of putting a proposal on paper with a full questionnaire before signature.

I was disappointed in the difference between the end design and the initial proposal. There were several discrepancies that could have been called out proactively before we traveled 2 hours to the NJ headquarters to see the prototype. I was duped into selecting column candles instead of tapers because supposedly the venue A/C vents would ruin the aesthetic. This really was not true and kind of cheapened the overall romantic vision we had agreed on. I think my consultant designed a good alternative, but for the price we paid, I did expect to get what I wanted.

I would say in general, florists are so overpriced for weddings and most of the centerpieces are super tacky. If you can find a consultant you can speak honestly with and that understands what you DON'T want, that is half the battle!
