The photobooth was a blast! We couldn't have imagined how much fun it would be to see everyone's photos. You can see all the craziness, laughter & funpeople were having in the book they made for us! Plus the book had messages from our guests, which made it personal :) thanks guys!

Whilst the overall quality of the photos were great and the guests enjoyed themselves, this company leaves a bag taste in my mouth for responsiveness.
There are several ways that are methods of communication to reach Tom or Jessica. However, none of them are utilized in a timely fashion.
Phone calls, voicemails, text messages, fb messages and emails, all were left in responded to for days. I originally hired them right after the new year, my party was Feb 18th. I continuously left messages via any and all communication methods.....all were ignored for days, weeks! I was unsure, almost up to the day of my event, whether or not they were going to show up!
People need to be heard and have their anxiety reassured during party planning, it is absolutely critical!! Tom actually made a comment to my Son at the party that I was "blowing up" Jessica's phone!! How rude! If I could've gotten a single simple text msg to reassure my concerns, I wouldn't have had to "blow up" anyone's phone!
They did show up to the party and the photos were great. If you're a nervous Nelly planning an event, then this is not the company for you!
They are not recommended for the "faint of heart" folks out there.
Value was great, photos were great, no issues there. They just simply need to communicate with their clients on a professional level!
