Daniel was so easy and nice to work with. His photos are beautiful and modern which is what influenced us to work with him – and we are so happy we did! He was very flexible with all of our schedule changes due to weather. I also liked that he is more assertive, making sure that he wrangled in my loud and crazy family to make sure we were always good on time. I have been in weddings where the photographer is to afraid to interject and then suddenly there is only 30 mins left to take pictures. With Daniel, we had ample time, even with the weather issue. Daniel literally stood in the pouring rain to capture pictures of us through the window – that’s dedication! We could not have asked for a better photographer on our wedding day. Daniel not only shot some beautiful, unique photographs, but also was funny and kind throughout the experience. He wasn’t interested in us staging lots of photos; he captured instead our natural interaction with each other. We were in the botanical gardens, but we didn’t just do photos among the flowers; he took us into the fields and the forest (after checking if I would be okay doing that in my dress). He arranged for a videographer for our ceremony as my grandmother couldn’t be there and also got the video turned around in just a few days so she could watch. Do not hesitate to book him for your wedding.

We loved working with Daniel and the quality of the photos he took. During the wedding, Daniel was able to capture so many amazing photos without interrupting the moment or asking for cheesy, posed “candid” photos. He was able to direct us without interfering too much with special moments like the first look. During the wedding, he directed us to so many amazing spots to photograph at NYBG. I appreciated his knowledge of the grounds and that he really listened to the type of setting and photos we were looking for. The final photos were absolutely beautiful and something we will cherish forever.

Daniel was so great to work with and shot the most beautiful photos - better than we ever could have imagined. He made me feel so comfortable and captured such great special moments in such a sincere, honest and documentary style way. Love that he was able to give us some photos quickly after the wedding and the others photos were well worth the wait. He also uses a quiet camera attachment (sorry don’t know the jargon) so that you don’t hear/get distracted by clicks during the ceremony. We got married 10 months ago and I still look back at his photos all the time.

Daniel is great. High quality photos, beautiful shots; not cheesy (like many other wedding photographers). Easy going, helpful, and all around good guy. I highly recommend.
