Titus’ service left me. Not only did her offer our bride wardrobe advice but he delivered beautiful portraits quickly. Definitely using him again for our next event.

Let me start by saying that on our wedding day Titus was prompt and tried his best to photograph every aspect of our day. We originally hired a different photographer but decided to use him because we thought he would capture our day better. However, his responsiveness is less than subpar. We chose the Dream package which is the most expensive package on his price list. This includes an engagement session of which we did not receive. It has been 3 months post wedding and we have not received any photos. His turn around time is 8 weeks. I received a DM via Instagram that photos would be available a month ago but still have not received the photos. We have received our video that was included in the package. It was beyond beautiful! I am willing to retract the negative Statements in this review if we receive the photos. I am just concerned that we will never get them. Please consider this before booking. He is extremely booked and busy which sometimes does not allow you to give your best to your clients. I am sorry I have to post this.

Very unresponsive. You can read my full complaint filed with the BBB and the FDPR. I tried for weeks to contact him regarding the Engagement Shoot with no response. Unfortunately, I paid in full, and his only answer was “no refund”.

It does say that on his website, but if you can never reach him???
