I communicated a lot with Miranta over prompt emails and she was very helpful in this process. I was able to meet Maria and Katerina in person and they are the sweetest people and truly have a calling for wedding planning. They were there for me every step of the way. From planning every detail of the decor, booking services, assisting with legal documentation, helping me with my dress, providing us reassurance, I cannot express the extent of our gratitude. Maria and Miranta were phenomenal wedding planners and designers. They were very responsive even during their peak season and always took the time to thoroughly answer any of our questions. With COVID ongoing, they sent us necessary travel information and locations for testing centers.

Our wedding day was magical. The decorations were everything we dreamed of and both Maria and Miranta were very enthusiastic. It even rained right before our ceremony and both of them were frantically setting everything up all over again. You can tell they take pride in their jobs and love what they do. Getting married once is enough but if we had to again, we would absolutely have Tie The Knot plan our wedding again. You will not be disappointed with them! They recommended the perfect photographers (Phosart) and helped us book makeup, transportation for our guests, and even a venue for a rehearsal dinner. Thank you both so much for your hard work and making our day something we will never forget!

My fiancé and I decided to elope to Santorini and we didn’t really know where to start. We searched for like elopement packages and almost went with one that would not have been to our liking. Thankfully we kept looking and that’s when we found tietheknot. I mean I couldn’t have a asked for a better duo (Maria and Miranta). They made everything so easy for us and they gave us enough recommendations that fit our budget and needs. The best part was officially meeting them pre-wedding and feeling like we knew them for forever and they really love what they do. It’s hard to put into words in a box how amazing they were. My fiancé and I decided in 2019 to be married on the beautiful island of Santorini. Part of this decision was based on pictures we had seen online, including those posted by TTK. We loved the beautiful wedding designs depicted in their photos so much that we decided to reach out and, hopefully, hire them. Luckily for us, they were available! Not so lucky for us all, COVID-19 was just about to begin wreaking havoc on the world and, eventually, lead to the cancellation of our wedding in Santorini. From the start, communicating with TTK was always such a pleasure. When you see an email from them in your inbox, you already know it will be filled with so much kindness, happiness, and excitement. They will walk you through what needs to be done and when, keep track of your expenses, help you arrange international payments (if needed), communicate with the various vendors you will need, and anything and everything else that you can imagine. What would have seemed to be an impossible task, planning a wedding in Greece from San Diego, turned in to a pleasant, easy, and exciting experience, which is all attributable to the hard work of TTK. There was never a question that went unanswered, or a task that went incomplete. When we made the decision to postpone our wedding due to COVID-19, TTK reached out to everyone (and let me tell you, everyone = a lot of people when it comes to planning a wedding overseas) and took care of it. There isn’t a single aspect of the wedding planning experience that TTK was not available to lend a hand with.

Unfortunately, in the end we had to cancel our wedding in Greece. The COVID-19 situation wasn’t improving fast enough, and we were eager to begin our lives as a couple. When this decision was made, TTK took care of cancelling everything for us. No hassle, no stress. They just took care of it. This was our dream wedding in a magical place, but it wasn’t meant to be. At the end of the day, our work with TTK was literally the one part of this dream that went the way it was supposed to. They were everything you would expect from a terrific wedding planning service, and more. We can’t recommend them enough.

Maria & Miranta have been life savers this last year! 2020 was not a great year to plan a wedding, however, they have made this entire process completely stress free. Even with having to reschedule our wedding, they have been extremely flexible, organized and accommodating. Maria and Miranta are just the best people you can have to plan your wedding. I hired them to plan a small romantic wedding in Italy, while I live in the US. They are super flexible and can make as many decisions (or as little!) as you'd like. For me, they did all the research and presented me with their top recommendations, and I only had to make the most crucial decisions. They filled in all the gaps and thought of all the little details that I never would have!

We had a small wedding of 38 guests in September 2019 and it was just the most romantic day ever. My guests continually tell me how it was the best wedding they've been to: from the location, the venue, the attentive staff, the decor, and the whole flow of the weekend. I was never stressed the whole time and truly felt special on that day.
