It’s hard to put into words how grateful we are to the amazing team at Golden Apple. There was never a doubt for us getting married abroad, and Greece will forever have our hearts so we knew it had to be there, but the thought of planning a wedding abroad we didn’t know where to begin!

Huge thanks to katia, Roxanne and katerina for the most amazing wedding day! After having an awful experience with a wedding planner in Corfu, we decided to start from scratch and move our wedding to Rhodes with less 9 months to go. We had never been to Rhodes and planned everything remotely. Our wedding had 170 people flying from the uk and Cyprus so was not a small thing to organise! I also had a VERY specific idea of what I was wanted - and unlike my experience with other planners- the ladies at Golden Apple did everything to accommodate my vision. Katia - helped us with all the paperwork and general overview of the wedding to allow us to hold an orthodox wedding in Rhodes
Roxanne - was the dream organiser who made sure everything had a timeline and agenda, booked everything for us and was the queen of spreadsheets
and katerina - was the decorator who made our Pinterest board come to life with the most beauty decoration that had people saying wow even days later. Each of these ladies did an incredible job and we are so glad we took the decision to work with them. My daughter Amanda and her fiancé Aditya decided to get married in Greece. We are from Arizona and Aditya’s family was from India. Amanda and Aditya live in Hong Kong.
Who did we know in Greece? Nobody, but Amanda somehow found Golden Apple, including Katia, Keterina, Roxanne and Kat. Both families each had 65 or so members coming, so there was a lot of logistics involved in getting everyone from the church in downtown Athens to the reception 30 miles away on the Athens Riviera.
These ladies were fantastic in making my daughters dream come true. The wedding went off perfectly, and several of my family members commented on how it was the best wedding they had ever attended. From the dinner the night before underneath the Parthenon, to the beautiful church, to the reception overlooking the Aegean sea, and even the fireworks for their first dance, everything was first class. Job well done Golden Apple.

I cannot recommend the team at Golden Apple enough!! Katia, Katerina, Roxanne, and Kate are truly experts in everything they do.

We come from a bit of an international background-we live in Hong Kong, I am from the US, and my husband is from India. We knew we wanted our families and loved ones to "meet in the middle" in Europe so agreed upon Greece, but quickly realized we don't actually know a single person in Greece who could help us. This is where the team at Golden Apple effortlessly stepped in! Immediately after our first video call, I instantly trusted and felt comfortable with Katia and Katerina. We had an initial concern regarding finding a church in Greece which would allow us to marry, and before we had even signed a contract with Golden Apple, the ladies spoke with their contacts and researched away and came back to us quickly with some ceremony options.

This type of care and support continued on throughout the process. When it came to finding a venue, we were still open-minded about which part of Greece we wanted to get married in (Every part of Greece is gorgeous...). Roxanne worked diligently to send us details on all the best locations, enabling us to simply choose rather than spending hours researching venues from a foreign country. We eventually agreed on Athens Riviera which was perfect for our group size and situation. These great options from Roxanne continued across all the different vendors (Photography, Hotel options for guests, Hair and Make Up, etc) and I truly believe she only sent us the best because these ladies actually know their market. On the wedding day, we were incredibly happy with every option we selected, and this is all thanks to the research and care from Golden Apple.

When it comes to the overall look and feel of the day, I had some ideas and a vision in mind, but Katerina and Kate have a true eye for details. It was sometimes difficult to imagine, but Katerina sent me loads of photos/videos and layouts of potential options, and the overall look on the day was beautiful and beyond my expectations. I also had a few last-minute ideas for things I wanted to include in the day in terms of decorations, and the girls never questioned anything or told me it wasn't possible, they instead got to work to find a way to make my ideas come to life.

The above was absolutely priceless throughout the planning process, but it is also so important to mention how incredible the team is during the immediate lead up to the wedding and on the Big Day. Any bride might feel a bit overwhelmed/nervous with all the details and logistics, but they constantly reminded me that they were there, allowing my husband and I to forget we were being hosts on the actual wedding day and just enjoy ourselves. They were so focused and organized so everything went off exactly as planned (Or at least it felt like that to us, which is important in itself...). These ladies work hard on the day so you don't have to, which is, again, priceless.

These ladies become like family and are invaluable-we couldn't have done it without them. They were the first choice we made in the wedding planning process and were hands-down the best!!

Our experience with Golden Apple weddings was 100% positive. They have an amazing team to help with budgeting, planning, design, coordination. When we had a difficult time choosing a venue, they traveled to Paros and went to several of the sites we were considering, took photos, talked with the managers, and Skyped us while they were there. They were always available for our questions, and pointed us in the right direction when we were unsure of the next step. They helped us stay on track with our budget. We had a lot of issues with our venue leading up to the event and they supported us through the entire thing to make sure our wedding day went flawlessly. We were so thankful to have them on our team. We would not have had such an amazing wedding and experience without them. Several of our guests commented that we had the best wedding they had ever attended, and mentioned how hardworking and great our planners were the day of the event. We loved getting to know Roxanne, Katia, and Katerina, and would highly recommend them to anyone to anyone looking for wedding planners (particularly a destination wedding).
