Golden Apple was fantastic from the first moment. She helped us so much. Having had to organise the wedding from afar, golden apple was essential to make it happen. Apart from the organisational aspect, the process itself and the decoration were also great. Above all, they listened to our needs and reacted appropriately. The wedding was more beautiful than would have imagined. I would recommend them without hesitation. Thank you for everything. -

Huge thanks to katia, Roxanne and katerina for the most amazing wedding day! After having an awful experience with a wedding planner in Corfu, we decided to start from scratch and move our wedding to Rhodes with less 9 months to go. We had never been to Rhodes and planned everything remotely. Our wedding had 170 people flying from the uk and Cyprus so was not a small thing to organise! I also had a VERY specific idea of what I was wanted - and unlike my experience with other planners- the ladies at Golden Apple did everything to accommodate my vision. Katia - helped us with all the paperwork and general overview of the wedding to allow us to hold an orthodox wedding in Rhodes
Roxanne - was the dream organiser who made sure everything had a timeline and agenda, booked everything for us and was the queen of spreadsheets
and katerina - was the decorator who made our Pinterest board come to life with the most beauty decoration that had people saying wow even days later. Each of these ladies did an incredible job and we are so glad we took the decision to work with them. Not only were they responsive, helpful and always available in the months leading up to the wedding, on the day they were all present to make sure everything moved like clockwork. We had the wedding of our dreams and people are still telling us it was the best wedding they have been to! I highly recommend anyone and everyone thinking about getting a wedding planner to book with golden apple- this is a decision you will

Our experience with Golden Apple weddings was 100% positive. They have an amazing team to help with budgeting, planning, design, coordination. When we had a difficult time choosing a venue, they traveled to Paros and went to several of the sites we were considering, took photos, talked with the managers, and Skyped us while they were there. They were always available for our questions, and pointed us in the right direction when we were unsure of the next step. They helped us stay on track with our budget. We had a lot of issues with our venue leading up to the event and they supported us through the entire thing to make sure our wedding day went flawlessly. We were so thankful to have them on our team. We would not have had such an amazing wedding and experience without them. Several of our guests commented that we had the best wedding they had ever attended, and mentioned how hardworking and great our planners were the day of the event. We loved getting to know Roxanne, Katia, and Katerina, and would highly recommend them to anyone to anyone looking for wedding planners (particularly a destination wedding). We cannot thank them enough! -

Nothing but the best
The team at Golden Apple were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were responsive, professional, and provided such great guidance throughout the entire planning process and wedding day. It is so hard to plan a wedding from a different country, not to mention amidst a pandemic, but these ladies made the process enjoyable. They brought my entire vision to life and then some - our wedding was absolutely perfect from the hair and makeup artists, flowers, decor, DJ, venue, food; the list could go on to include every last detail. We could never thank them enough for bringing our dream wedding to life! -

Friendly company with high standards!
Golden Apple were amazing to work with and we are so pleased we chose them! Planning a wedding mid pandemic from the other side of the world is no easy job and these ladies were nothing but excellent. They took note of all our little details and led us through it all step by step. We used the vendors they recommended who were fantastic. I particularly loved the styling. As you can see from all their pictures, every detail is beautiful and tailored to your personalities. Above all, the ladies were great to work with, relaxed, thoughtful and with you every step of the way. Thank you! -

Perfect wedding in Santorini
Katia and Katerina were incredible and we could not have gotten this done without them. From the start, they made us feel comfortable and confident in choosing them. They initially asked for overall style ideas and then were able to provide us with excellent options to choose from in terms of venue, photographer, decorations, and videographer in addition to meals for our bridal party while getting ready, transportation, and even helping us coordinate COVID-19 test locations. The entire day was planned out perfectly and exactly as we had dreamed. When we had to reschedule our original date due to COVID-19, they were able to help us find a new date that worked for all of our previous vendors (venue, photographer, videographer, hair and makeup, harpist and violinist). They really made this whole process as stress free as possible and we cannot express enough how absolutely wonderful they were to work with. -

It was the best decision we made. Katia, Katerina and Roxanne were on top of everything, and it made the last weeks leading up to my wedding more fun than stressful! They made us feel heard, gave great suggestions and were always just an email or call away when we had any last minute questions. On the day of our wedding, they did a phenomenal job, making the venue look absolutely beautiful and captured the exact theme and feel that we were going for. We truly could not have made it through the process without them. Katia called me the morning of the wedding to check in and see how I was doing! Katerina was sending pictures throughout the decoration process and Roxanne was in touch with our family in order to keep us stress free on our wedding day. They were all so kind and organized, we really could not have asked for anything more. I highly recommend Golden Apple Weddings to anyone and we cannot thank them enough for helping us create our dream wedding in Rhodes! -

Dream Wedding in Rhodes thanks to these amazing ladies!
We are a UK couple who decided to get married in Lindos, a place we have visit almost every year. I initially found Golden Apple weddings through Pinterest. I made contact and they were incredible from the start. The whole process was professional, personal and suited our needs and vision entirely. As a laid back person who doesn’t really have an eye for small details, I entrusted Katia and Katerina with the whole wedding planning and designing. What they created for us was beautiful - stunning! And we came out under budget which was another lovely surprise. We had to reschedule the wedding three times because of the Covid Pandemic and I honestly don’t know how we’d have coped without them - they really took the stress away by being so calm and in control throughout the process.
We got married at the Melenos Suites in Lindos, against a backdrop of the amazing acropolis and overlooking the sea. Our guests were blown away by the experience - no detail was spared. Katia, Katerina and Roxanne were on hand all week to make sure everything went off without a hitch and we will be forever grateful to them for giving us the wedding we’d dreamed of. I would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding in Greece, without hesitation! -

Katia and Katerina make the best team. Their kind and bubbly personalities made our wedding planning experience even more enjoyable. Their overall organisation, and creativity really was a standout for us. We loved how they presented each wedding aspect proposal and felt that there was always a great selection of options to choose from.
We loved our wedding so much; it was everything we could’ve dreamed of and more. We wish we could do it all over again!

WOW!! Katia, Katerina and the Golden Apple team made our big day a flawless and beautiful celebration! Our guests were truly blown away by the beauty, execution, and organization! We could have not pulled off this high caliber of a wedding without this team.
We planned our wedding from abroad in San Francisco, and during every step of the way, these ladies kept us on track! I had such a specific view of how I wanted my wedding to look and feel, and they NAILED IT.
This was the best investment we made for our wedding day. Thank you ladies for all your hard work and attention to details, it truly made for a magical wedding celebration! -

Kristina Sent on 10/12/2018The team at Golden Apple Weddings are truly my angels! My husband and I agreed on one thing the whole time of planning our wedding, Katia and Katerina are simply amazing and the BEST investment we ever made.
They brought our dream to life whilst making it fun and stress free - I never felt that I had to worry about a single thing. They truly understood our vision, what was important to us and made sure every detail was thought through. Reflecting on our day, I can hand on heart say that it’s thanks to these true professionals that our day was more than what we ever imagined.
They managed every detail, kept us on track, shared all the decisions and they have an eye for quality and perfection. Nothing was ever too much for them and they were always at our disposal, even for things out of the ‘wedding contract’ scope which included helping us arrange a pre-wedding day trip sailing around Rhodes for 55 of our guests - truly amazing.
Living so far away in Australia, we took the gamble in choosing planners based off social media, online reviews, a Skype call and a great gut feeling and it paid off in a big way. Our day was what dreams are made of and I couldn’t be more grateful and thankful to these amazing ladies.
Working with you wasn’t work at all, it was the beginnings of a wonderful friendship that we will cherish for years to come.

Sebastianne Sent on 09/23/2018We had an unforgettable wedding in Rhodes on the 28th of July 2018, thanks to Golden Apple that made all our dreams come true. We first had a beautiful orthodox ceremony at Kremasti Church, followed by an amazing reception at the Casino Rodos. We were surrounded by our Greek and French relatives (around 200 guests), and we really couldn’t dream any better for this magical day!
During our wedding day, everything went extremely smoothly with Katia and Katerina coordinating everything from logistics to decoration. They did a perfect job talking constantly to all the providers, helping us feel more relaxed and confident.
Thanks to them we were able to enjoy at 100% all the moments of our wedding and we didn’t have to worry about anything! They were always present, from our preparation at home, until (almost) the end of the party at 5 am. The timing for all the elements was perfectly kept, and we had some truly magical moments such as our entrance in the reception venue together with wonderful fireworks…
It all started one year before in Rodos, with Katia taking time to tour us around different locations to let us find the best place for our reception! Then Katia provided us a detailed schedule of things to discuss and decide all along the year to prepare the wedding.
Katerina helped us a lot to define the atmosphere and the decoration style that best fits our taste, and we found it perfect when we saw it at our wedding.
All the team perfectly worked with providers they know and they trust, this would not have been possible without them!
Katia and Katerina were always available to answer our hundred of questions, appeasing us when needed. They also did a great job to help us follow our budget and finding the good compromises to help us not overspending it: they worked well with the relatives that contributed in some of the elements of the wedding.

Being from the U.S., I was a little nervous about how the whole thing would work out, but EVERYTHING from the very beginning, to the very end, was absolutely flawless. Katia was always available to answer any questions I had and also did a great job keeping me informed of any upcoming deadlines, etc in a timely manner. The people she recommends (hair, make up, photography, videography) were professional and did an AMAZING job. It was so reassuring to have her there with us throughout the whole day of the ceremony. She paid attention to every detail and made sure everything was perfect. This will be a day that my family and I will remember forever and it was made special, thanks to Katia and her crew!

Anna Sent on 04/02/2018I cannot thank Katerina, Katia, and Toula enough for making our destination wedding a dream come true. My Fiance and I had never been to Rhodes Island but I fell in love with it while researching and dreamed of having our wedding at St. Paul's chapel.
After contacting many wedding planners in the area we finally settled on Golden Apple Weddings and we are SO thankful we did. These wonderful women went above and beyond, guiding us from start to finish. Toula, located in New York, made us feel at ease with her first meeting. We connected right away and I knew this was the right decision. We then met Katia and Katerina via skype and continued to communicate via email. Our correspondence was extremely professional from start to finish. They answered all of our hundreds upon hundreds of questions quickly and thoroughly and were SO patient with us.
The golden apple girls kept us on track, on budget and helped us pull together the most beautiful wedding I could possibly imagine! I'm so thankful for their guidance and now friendship! We saw them again the day before we left Rhodes and I sincerely cried. We miss communicating with them already but I know we will stay in touch! I would recommend Golden Apple Weddings 100 times over again! I'm already planning on calling them in 10 years for a renewal of vows ;)

Polyxeni Sent on 09/30/2017I don't think I could say enough wonderful things about Katia and Katerina from Golden Apple. My wedding was beyond what I dreamed it would be because of them. I am so glad that I found them!
From someone trying to plan a wedding from the other side of the world, I was definitely a little nervous. I hadn't even visited the Greek Island (Kastellorizo) were my wedding was taking place. However Katia and Katerina always made me feel like everything was under control, that it would turn out exactly how I dreamed it would and always put me at ease.
From the first enquiry up until the very end they would always communicate really well and respond quickly to my emails. This really made everything so easy, even when I went back multiple times with changes or new ideas they responded quickly and always positively trying to do all they can to achieve what I wanted.
I definitely had a particular style and idea in my head, something that I knew was a little different from the typical style that Katia and Katerina worked with. They achieved this and more. The styling had me in awe, Katerina has such an good eye. She even sourced flowers from the Netherlands so that we could achieve the exact look I wanted. And they did all of this whilst keeping to my budget.
On the day of the wedding I was so comfortable and stress free because of them both. They took care of all the suppliers, making sure everyone was on time and it was all going to plan. All I had to worry about was having a great time which was easy!
To be honest I am a little sad that my communication had ended with these two lovely ladies now that the wedding is over. They are two people I won't ever forget. The best decision I made during the wedding planning process was choosing them. Thank you to the two beautiful ladies, you made everything a dream. -

Warm team and willing to go the extra mile !!
Katerina, Katia and Roxanne are a great team which are very creative and have a attention to detail.
As our ceremony was quite last minute planned (within 2 months) , they were a great support to find our perfect venue, style and decoration.
Roxanne even came to my hotel to help me get ready and drive me there as our 2 friends couldn't be there last minute...
So all in all great experience ! -
