As a long-distance bride planning our wedding in Greece from the United States, Rena made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. From the moment we met over Zoom, she was professional, organized, and incredibly thorough.
We even had to change venues during the planning process, and Rena did an amazing job finding alternative options that aligned perfectly with our vision. She was an excellent communicator throughout, providing frequent email updates and keeping us on track with monthly Zoom meetings.
Once we arrived in Greece, Rena went above and beyond. She came to our hotel to finalize the details, helped coordinate our rehearsal and pre-wedding dinner, and was available throughout our entire wedding day. She truly listened to my ideas and brought them to life, transforming our venue into a beautiful scene straight out of a fairy tale.
Rena also connected us with an incredible team of vendors who were professional, talented, and helped make our day so special. We are so grateful for everything she did to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. We could not have asked for a better wedding planner and would wholeheartedly recommend Rena to any couple planning their dream wedding in Greece.

I cannot thank or recommend Rena enough for what she did and how she truly saved our wedding.

We initially went with a different wedding planner who failed to deliver what had been promised and agreed upon. Less than six months before the wedding, after almost a year of planning with them, we realised we had nothing booked except the venue. We knew we needed help fast, so we decided to find someone who could help us plan — and ultimately save — our wedding day. That’s when we found Rena.

From our very first interaction, she was reassuring, calm, and incredibly responsive. She kept her composure as we explained everything the previous planner had and hadn’t done. She never judged or criticised them — she simply focused on helping us move forward. Within about two weeks of our first meeting, we had most of our vendors booked and our wedding plans finally coming together.

Communication with Rena was seamless throughout the entire process. Her replies were always quick, she kept track of every detail discussed, and she handled the planning as if it were her own wedding.

She has an amazing network of vendors across so many different areas and somehow managed to accommodate even our strangest requests without hesitation.

On the wedding day itself, she was by our side from before everything started until long after we had left the venue. She handled absolutely everything behind the scenes so that all we had to do was enjoy the day.
