Hiring Rena and her team was hands-down the best investment of our entire wedding. From day one once we decided to work together she didn’t just “plan an event” — she truly understood me and us as a couple and brought our vision to life in a way that was even better than we imagined.
Every detail — big and tiny — was handled with so much care, professionalism, and calm confidence. When I felt lost, stressed, or overwhelmed, she was there for me every time, which is saying A LOT when planning a wedding.
What really sets her apart, though, is how much she cares. You can tell this isn’t just a job — it’s her passion. She advocated for us, solved problems and was my best friend throughout the wedding process. I really hope she will always stay my friend 🥰

I do not know where to start about Rena; she is just the best; she got it all; amazing personality, great communication skills, very friendly, calm and kind!! I trusted Rena from the first day conversation we had, and she did not disappoint me; instead, she made me proud!! Everyone who attended our wedding was so impressed how everything lined up; the venue, the venders, the food, the hospitality.... to name the few. Everything was amazing!! Rena is very organized; calm and collective, most importantly, she loves her job, and she does everything with a beautiful smile!!
If you would like to have a stress free; organized, value for a money wedding planner of your special day, you will be more than happy with Rena and her staff!!

Rena and her team were amazing. I knew I wanted a destination wedding at Island Resort Athens Riviera but my husband and I live in London and have demanding careers so would need to find someone we trusted to plan our dream day on the ground in Greece. Ever since our first zoom call, I knew I was in safe hands with Rena. She fully understood both my aesthetic tastes and budget! All my friends were joking that my Pinterest board had been brought to life. The day was smooth sailing, letting me concentrate on having a breath before marrying the love of my life. I knew I didn't have to sweat all the details or worry about the vendors because she had it handled, I could just be in the moment.
Rena delivered me the wedding of my dreams, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we had the best day of our lives and our guests were beyond delighted. I cannot recommend her enough to couples planning a destination wedding in Greece. I truly could not have done it without her. -

We first contacted Rena via wedding wire. We were looking for a wedding planner to help us bring our dreams into reality for a early summer wedding in Paros, Greece. At the time all of the vendors we contacted told us we would need to double or triple our budgets to pull off this event. During our first meeting with Rena she not only told us our budget was adequate, but she also had a network of vendors local to Paros that would help us reduce our overall costs. We asked for references before signing on with Rena and she was happy to oblige. We instantly hit it off, she is so passionate about the work she does and she truly contacts with her clients to make each event special and unique.
All of our communications were done via email, what’s app and through zoom meetings. We live in New York State and planned our entire event sight unseen. Throughout the process Rena would inform us of what critical decisions needed to be made and in what order. She presented us with options and coordinated contact with vendors for one on one meetings. If we were not satisfied with the options she would bring forward more until we found exactly what we wanted. She always had our back during these discussions and in pricing negotiations. She suggested things we did not think of and tried to get us the highest impact for the price paid.
Planning a wedding is difficult and stressful but Rena was always there to calm our concerns and ease the stress. She would always tell us don’t worry it will all be fine. When my mother fell ill shortly before our departure to Greece Rena made it a priority to check on her before and during our time in Paros. We put all of our trust into Rena and her team, and they did not disappoint. In total Rena helped us coordinate a wedding weekend experience for us and our guests, including: our 5 day villa accommodations, welcome dinner, rehearsal dinner, wedding and reception, and a day after private boat ride.
On our wedding day we experienced nothing but the highest levels of perfection. I wouldn’t even know if something went wrong because the team behind Rena coordinated and executed our dream wedding. We saw all of our decisions come to life and the day was effortless and carefree for my husband and I. Exactly what we would want to truly enjoy our special day. There are not enough good things to be said about the skills of Rena and her team. Rena can manage multiple weddings in a single week and weekend and at every point she makes you feel like your wedding is her top priority. She was always responsive in her communications and never left us wondering what the status of our planning was. We cannot thank her enough for making our dreams come true and would highly encourage anyone looking for a planner in Greece to contract with Rena & Co. -

Our collaboration with Rena for our wedding in Mani exceeded all expectations! From the first moment she made us feel like we had found our soulmate – with incredible communication, understanding and a genuine interest in making our dream come true. Rena is genuine, dynamic and great soul. She was available for any question at any time and always gave quick and clear answers. We enjoyed every step of the preparation, she has a sophisticated aesthetic as well as an experienced network of collaborators. On the wedding day, Rena and her team made sure everything ran smoothly and we were able to enjoy every moment, stress-free. Amazing experience!
We had the absolute pleasure of working with Rena as our wedding planner for our wedding in Paros in June 2025, and we can’t recommend her highly enough. From the very beginning, Rena was organised, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect.
One of the things we appreciated most was how knowledgeable and proactive she was with all the paperwork and legal requirements to ensure our marriage was fully recognised in Greece. Navigating the process from overseas felt daunting at first, but Rena made everything straightforward and stress-free. She handled all the details with such care and professionalism.
Beyond the legal side, Rena supported us with every aspect of planning — from coordinating with vendors to styling advice to last-minute adjustments. Her calm and friendly nature made us feel completely at ease, and we always knew we were in safe hands.
Thanks to Rena, our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more. If you’re planning a wedding in Greece, you won’t find a better partner to guide you through the process. We’re so grateful for everything she did to make our celebration so special.

From our first meeting, my husband and I have absolutely LOVED working with Rena. She has listened to every single one of our wants and needs and immediately made them her first priority. We are from California and chose to get married in Greece because of her & all the amazing places she sent us.
We ended up choosing the most magical venue, kinsterna, 100000/10 by the way, and immediately she got to work helping chose the best vendors for us. Our team was again, a dream and all of our guests kept complimenting them, the wedding, us, EVERYTHING.
One of my favorite things about her is how she really tries to understand your vision and will absolutely go above and beyond for you to make it nothing like you ever imagined possible. We had a few meetings where the vendors weren’t understanding our vision and she immediately stood up for us and at any sign of bad vibes, she said absolutely not.
While I am a poor communicator, she is EXCELLENT and will do anything to make sure you are happy and to make sure all your events go as smooth as possible. We ended up having 3 days with our friends and family and she was with us holding our hand even for events she wasn’t attending (planned last minute).
Stop what you’re doing, fire any other planner you have and hire Rena & Co if you want the easiest, dreamiest, most magical experience of your life. She is more than reasonable in pricing and worth every single cent.

For my wedding she transformed a field into the magic secret Versailles Garden full of flowers, candles and chandeliers!!!
