Leaving a review for Rena feels a bit awkward since she’s become like family to me and my husband- but honestly she deserves all the love and support. From day one she held our hands making the planning process not just easy but actually fun. She coordinated every detail flawlessly over months! She made us feel heard & she delivered exactly the vision we had for our wedding! Her work is heartfelt and always with a personal touch. Always organized, patient, responsive, and calm—her beautiful personality though made all the difference. Thanks to her our big day was a dream come true! Rena we love you! From our first meeting, my husband and I have absolutely LOVED working with Rena. She has listened to every single one of our wants and needs and immediately made them her first priority. We are from California and chose to get married in Greece because of her & all the amazing places she sent us.
We ended up choosing the most magical venue, kinsterna, 100000/10 by the way, and immediately she got to work helping chose the best vendors for us. Our team was again, a dream and all of our guests kept complimenting them, the wedding, us, EVERYTHING.
One of my favorite things about her is how she really tries to understand your vision and will absolutely go above and beyond for you to make it nothing like you ever imagined possible. We had a few meetings where the vendors weren’t understanding our vision and she immediately stood up for us and at any sign of bad vibes, she said absolutely not.
While I am a poor communicator, she is EXCELLENT and will do anything to make sure you are happy and to make sure all your events go as smooth as possible. We ended up having 3 days with our friends and family and she was with us holding our hand even for events she wasn’t attending (planned last minute).
Stop what you’re doing, fire any other planner you have and hire Rena & Co if you want the easiest, dreamiest, most magical experience of your life. She is more than reasonable in pricing and worth every single cent.

Her knack for organization and eye for detail can turn even the wildest dreams into a stunning reality. With her creative flair, transform venues into enchanting wonderlands, weaving themes and colours seamlessly together. For my wedding she transformed a field into the magic secret Versailles Garden full of flowers, candles and chandeliers!!!
Her charm extends beyond design, as she deftly navigates negotiations with vendors, making sure you get the best bang for your buck. On the day itself, she is calm amidst the storm, handling any hiccups with grace and ensuring your special day goes off without a hitch. In short, she is the secret ingredient to making your wedding dreams come true.

Amazing experience!
We had the absolute pleasure of working with Rena as our wedding planner for our wedding in Paros in June 2025, and we can’t recommend her highly enough. From the very beginning, Rena was organised, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect.
One of the things we appreciated most was how knowledgeable and proactive she was with all the paperwork and legal requirements to ensure our marriage was fully recognised in Greece. Navigating the process from overseas felt daunting at first, but Rena made everything straightforward and stress-free. She handled all the details with such care and professionalism.
Beyond the legal side, Rena supported us with every aspect of planning — from coordinating with vendors to styling advice to last-minute adjustments. Her calm and friendly nature made us feel completely at ease, and we always knew we were in safe hands.
