Finding wedding planners to help us host an 85 person wedding in the non-touristy island of Lemnos, Greece felt like a huge undertaking, especially since we live in New York and all of our guests would be flying in. Every step of the way, Chrysoula and Asimina were met with resistance from local vendors (vendors not calling them back, taking months to send and sign contracts, mixed messaging/ changing their minds about services). Chrysoula and Asimina handled every obstacle with the outmost professionalism and were able to balance our wants and timeline with developing trust, good will and real partnerships with local vendors. They pulled off what truly felt like the impossible and we can't thank them enough.

Throughout the 1.5 years of working with Think Happy they were incredibly responsive, proactive and considerate of our wishes. They are excellent at their jobs. They helped us with everything from recommending and booking vendors, coordinating the logistics for transporting vendors, and managed the budget and all correspondence with vendors. We truly cannot recommend Think Happy enough. The entire experience, from start to finish, was a dream. My husband and I are based in the U.S. and wanted to plan a mid-sized (70 ppl) destination wedding in Greece. We knew we’d need local experts not just to handle logistics, but to help us create an experience that felt intentional and joyful for our guests. We began our search for planners by looking on Instagram & after seeing Think Happy tagged in multiple dreamy weddings on Instagram, we messaged a few former brides who all said the same thing: “They are the absolute best.”

From our very first call, we felt like we’d struck gold. Chrysoula and Asimina are warm, sharp, kind, organized, and just totally got us. They made the planning process feel fun, light, and genuinely collaborative. Over the course of a year, we never—not once—had a moment of stress with them. They were always calm, responsive, thoughtful, and incredibly experienced. Every vendor they recommended was amazing, and you could tell how respected they are in the industry by the way every other vendor spoke about them.

What we loved most is how they curated the experience. It was like getting access to a personalized wedding “menu”—they learned what we liked, what we valued, and then presented us with thoughtful, high-quality options to choose from. We got to be creative and involved, without ever being overwhelmed.

We were able to visit Greece about four months before the wedding and spent three full days with them and our vendors. They organized a full schedule that included catering and cocktail tastings with our caterer and bar team, a design session with our florist to finalize table décor, and a visit to the furniture rental showroom to choose everything from chairs to glassware. We also reviewed all of our custom design elements—menus, signage, welcome notes, and day-of paper goods—with the graphic designer. On top of that, they personally walked us through each of our venues: our welcome boat day options, the beach club for the wedding, the rehearsal dinner site, and the hotels where our guests would be staying. It was efficient and exciting and confirmed what we already knew: we were in the best possible hands.

The week of the wedding was truly the best week of our lives—and that’s entirely thanks to Asimina and Chrysoula. They were on top of every single detail, big and small. From vendor reconfirmations and timeline coordination to making sure place cards, welcome gifts, transportation, and weather backups were all handled—they thought of everything before we even had to ask. We didn’t have to manage a single logistical question or decision that week. We simply showed up and got to enjoy every moment.

At the end of the wedding night, multiple vendors told us how rare it was to see a couple so present, so relaxed, and genuinely enjoying their day—and as a proud Type A, that's not usually how I'm described! On the wedding day itself, we felt a kind of peace that I never expected to feel. I was calm. Everything was taken care of. They had coordinated every moving piece, communicated with our bridal party, and made sure not just the logistics, but the energy of the day, was joyful and smooth. They arrived on the island ahead of time to oversee everything personally, and the result was something out of a fairytale.

Asimina is pure gold — endlessly sweet, thoughtful, and always one step ahead. And even from a distance, Alex was a constant source of support and steadiness.
