Wow. Wow. Wow. We planned the most challenging wedding imaginable: a destination wedding to an island in the Agean (Mykonos), with families between 2 countries with poor diplomatic relations (USA & Russia), during the greatest global pandemic in over a century. The rules on who/how/where we could travel changed almost on a daily basis, we reserved venues, performers, lodging, catering without having seen anything because we were not in Greece and because of the unpredictability of the Covid-19 situation we had cancellations from performers as well as vendors who tried to push us into crazy high prices last minute..... as well as we decided the day before to change the venue for the actual wedding.... Maria handled all of this like more than a professional, more like someone who had a deep connection to us and a vested interest in the success of our wedding! She even helped us secure a castle for the ceremony 18 hours before it was scheduled to take place! She arranged flights for all performers, the cake, flowers, special wines I had shipped to the island which she picked up herself as well as last minute changes of plans so that she had to pick up the performers from the airport AND Covid-19 self tests.... Wow. We just can't say enough about how much she cared and how effective she was at making things happen. With every change of plan and every crazy idea/request she was right with us and already figuring out how to make our dreams come true. I have spent my life in the hospitality industry and it is clear as day that Maria loves what she does and seriously cares. She even continued to be a resource for us after the wedding as we would message her for help when we left to Santorini. We can not recommend her more highly. Our wedding week was PERFECT. Could not have been any better and the majority of the credit goes to Maria! Thank you Maria! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

If you can imagine the perfect Wedding Planner then Maria the owner of Mosaic Weddings certainly is the one. Maria is an extremely knowledgeable person, passionate and calm. Thanks to her our wedding was like a fairy tale. We could not have asked for a more perfect day. We regret very much that we did not contact her directly from the very beginning of planning our day (unfortunately, we were guided by an agency from Poland - which was completely unnecessary because Maria is very good at communicating in Polish and also has Polish facilities when it comes to translator).

Easily the best decision we made for our wedding was to hire Maria and her team. From the first conversation she was kind and attentive, she listened to our preferences without pushing for any style or any vendors. She understood our budget and our priorities, and helped us reach our vision. Working with her was a delight, a joy, and she took away all the stress from the busy and hectic planning process. It also was the perfect balance of having the ability to make our own decisions, with expert guidance from Maria. She gave so many quality options to choose from, she has relationships with the best vendors, we never felt we were compromising our vision or our budget or quality. From locations, hair and makeup, photographers, flowers, hotel options, transportation, help with food and wine choices, activities for guests, pre-wedding parties, she does it all and more! We also did not have an easy wedding situation: 3 attempts to reschedule due to COVID delays meant we worked together for over 3 years planning our wedding! She was patient and accommodating and flexible through it all, negotiating with vendors and reissuing contracts like it was nothing. Our paperwork was also messy but she was a lifesaver: we were 2 different nationalities who went to Greece for a religious ceremony, and despite all the language/translation and documentation issues she helped us through the process. She did it all with warm words and smiles and always professionalism. I could go on and on about how wonderful Maria is... She truly made the difference in helping us achieve our dream wedding. When we finally met in person it was like meeting an old friend. She's clearly so passionate about the work she does, she cares for her couples and treats every wedding like it was her own.
