Working with Chrysoula and her team was an absolute dream. Planning a destination wedding in Greece from abroad could have been overwhelming, but they made the entire process feel effortless.
From the beginning, we trusted her completely and always felt supported, heard, and cared for.
She is incredibly creative, organized, and thoughtful. She took the time to understand our vision and brought it to life in ways that exceeded our expectations.
The pre-wedding events and the wedding day itself, came together more beautifully and perfect than we could have imagined. Everything was executed flawlessly, and we were able to fully enjoy the experience.

I want to thank you, Asimina, and your Think Happy Events Team for making Sophia’s dream wedding in Paros, Greece this past May so special. All three events- the Welcome dinner at Barbarossa, Lunch Beach Party at Sea Rocks, and Wedding Reception at Monastiri- were better than we could have ever imagined. Following the Welcome Party in Naoussa at Barbarossa, many guests commented, “How can you top this?” However, you managed to deliver every event with its’ own unique incredible theme and vibe!
Each member of your Team was a pleasure to work with as they made us feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire planning and journey leading up to the wedding day. The venues and vendors you recommended from the florist, band, make-up specialist, furniture and lights, and cake designer were all incredible! You even managed to give us three incredible sunny days with a blue moon finale on the wedding day!
Sophia & Jon are beyond happy! Our guests, many visiting Greece for the first time, were speechless saying it was “The best three day wedding celebration they have ever attended”! Everything was so well executed. Your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to include “Greek authenticity” every step of the way, transformed Sophia’s vision into a spectacular reality! We all had so much fun and will be talking about this special weekend for years to come!

Planning a wedding overseas is one of the most daunting things you can look into doing. There are so many things that can go wrong, and it’s so hard to make everything go right.
But somehow Think Happy was able to pull everything off to absolute perfection. Our group enjoyed an entire four day trip meticulously planned out. Our wedding ceremony and reception were pure magic. It blew every expectation we had out of the water.
Truly, I cannot thank them enough. They made our special day, one of the most treasured memories of our lives. I’d rate them a 10 out of 10, but even that feels too low. 100/10 -

We had an amazing experience working with Think Happy! From the start, Chrysoula was extremely kind, responsive, and always attentive and available to anything we needed. Our weekly calls kept us on track and really helped us feel supported, and one of the things we appreciated the most was how open they were to all of our ideas, always doing their best to make them happen.
They really understood our vision for the decor, and along with the vendors, they made it even better than what we asked for.
On the wedding day, they handled absolutely everything, which allowed us to just relax and enjoy every moment. There are no words big enough to express our love and gratitude for Chrysoula, Asimina, and Alex from Think Happy Events. They didn’t just plan our wedding — they brought our dream to life, wrapped it in magic, and delivered it with the kind of care only family would give.
From our very first meeting, we knew they were the ones. Chrysoula and Alex greeted us with such warmth, it felt like being embraced by people who had known us forever. There was an instant sense of trust and ease — and from that moment on, they took us under their wing and never let go.
Over the course of planning our three-day destination wedding in Paros, they were everything: planners, negotiators, designers, therapists, problem-solvers, cheerleaders, and truly, friends. Every detail — from vendor sourcing and contracts to floral samples and venue scouting — was handled with grace, precision, and a deep understanding of our vision. They thought of things we never would have, and brought a level of organisation and creativity that blew us away.
Nothing was ever too much. Every message was answered quickly. Every concern was met with a solution. They were responsive, kind, incredibly professional, and so deeply invested in making this day as special as it could possibly be.
The day before the wedding, when the DJ and saxophonist we had chosen independently suddenly canceled, Chrysoula and Asimina didn’t miss a beat — they swooped in and found a brilliant replacement within hours. It was like watching magic happen in real time. No stress at all.
On the wedding day itself, we felt a kind of peace that I never expected to feel. I was calm. Everything was taken care of. They had coordinated every moving piece, communicated with our bridal party, and made sure not just the logistics, but the energy of the day, was joyful and smooth. They arrived on the island ahead of time to oversee everything personally, and the result was something out of a fairytale.
Asimina is pure gold — endlessly sweet, thoughtful, and always one step ahead. Chrysoula has the heart of a mother; she nurtured us throughout the whole journey, made us feel safe, and held our hands with such love even before the ceremony - with the biggest smile. And even from a distance, Alex was a constant source of support and steadiness.
Think Happy Events didn’t just “do a great job” — they gave us the wedding of a lifetime, and they did it with heart, soul, and excellence. Choosing them was the best decision we could have made, and we are forever thankful to have had them by our side.

Working with Think Happy Events was truly a joy from start to finish. As a relatively type-A person, I was almost nervous at times because the planning process felt too easy and stress-free—but that’s a testament to how incredibly organized and professional they are.
Every vendor that THE recommended was top-notch—professional, punctual, and delivered products and services that were just as good, if not better, than what we had discussed.
Just one week before our wedding, a freak storm destroyed our venue. THE immediately calmed us down and, within an hour, sent us a revised plan and mock-up that was just as beautiful as our original vision. Then, on the day of the wedding, heavy rain forced us to change our outdoor ceremony and reception plans. Once again, THE was calm, collected, and flexible—quickly adapting to the situation while keeping our vision intact.
Without Chrysoula and Asimina, I honestly believe we would have either had to cancel the ceremony or get married in the pouring rain. Because of them, my husband and I were able to be fully present and actually enjoy our wedding day without stress.
We will be forever grateful to them for saving our day and turning what could have been a disaster into one of the best days of our lives. -

I heard about Think Happy through friends of mine that used them for a wedding in Greece. We met via video call and fell in love with them immediately. I gave them a general idea of what we were looking for and they came back with a plan of action. They created our wedding website for our friends and family and filled it with information about the island and how to get around. They were there every step of the way. Every vendor they recommended were beyond amazing - from the graphic designers, venue for the ceremony, the reception, flowers, photographer, videographer and DJ - all were beyond my expectations. Incredible partners for an unforgettable event
Chrysoula, Asimina, and the Think Happy team were world class partners, thought leaders, and advisors over the course of 10 months of wedding planning for 3 nights of events. Our event was unique for a wedding in Greece, with about half locals and half visitors, but Think Happy knew how to create an event that was a fun, party environment for all guests, no matter where they were from. Their expertise and experience in wedding planning helped us paint the picture for guest expectations, both Greek and American, and set the tone for a night that was unforgettable, inclusive for all guests, and--most important--stress free for us! I truly don't even know where to begin with how grateful my husband and I are that we found the best wedding planners in Greece - Chrysoula and Asimina. Two absolute gems. Think Happy was recommended to us by our photographer while on a visit to Greece over a year and a half before our wedding. Being from Montreal, Canada and planning a 200 person wedding, we knew we would need some help from across the world. From the moment we had our first introductory call we knew that they could envision our wedding day held in the heart of Nafplio at a venue called Opora. They were extremely patient and responsive through both email communication and WhatsApp during the entire planning process, I don't even know how many endless emails sent each other!!! Not only did they help us plan our wedding but they were eager to help plan our entire wedding week with any pre or post wedding events. On the day of the wedding, I did not once have to stress about ANYTHING, and I mean absolutely anything because they were so detail oriented and took care of everything. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts for helping us organize the most magical wedding we could have ever asked for. We are now over two months past our wedding date and till this day have been receiving compliments from guests and strangers on how magical our wedding was. -

We truly cannot speak highly enough of Chrysoula, Asimina and the whole Think Happy Events team. They’re professionalism, care, patience and attention to detail is incomparable. My (now) husband and I are based in Sydney Australia, and needless to say we were apprehensive about planning our wedding in Sifnos, Greece from the other side of the world. However, Chrysoula was always so reassuring and did everything to put us at ease. Nothing was ever too much to ask, and she was always so supportive, responsive and helpful. For example, responding to emails and Whatsapp messages within a couple of hours despite the time difference, always answering our abundance of questions with a high level of detail and all with a smile. Along with our spectacular wedding day, Think Happy helped us to plan a welcome party and recovery party. Our friends and family could not stop talking about how incredible the three days were, Nick and I were absolutely thrilled. They couldn’t have gone any better and all went off without a hitch! It was a dream come true. Therefore, we believe that the Think Happy were definitely great value for money. The team’s choice of vendors (from florist, photographer, videographer, venues & caterers) were all excellent and helped make our day absolutely perfect. I was referred to TH by my good friend who used them in Athens for her wedding, I live in Tampa, FL, and was planning a wedding in Karpathos Greece (where our parents are from) and from day one knew I needed a wedding planner to support me. This was TH's first wedding in Karpathos - but they are seasoned professionals and have done plenty of island weddings (and it showed!). I can go on and on about it all but Chrysoula and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with from day one. The service provided by Think Happy exceeded my very high expectations. Having them as our wedding planners for our small intimate wedding really helped to ease the process from start to finish.
We were not sure if a planner was worth it and we started looking into planning the wedding ourselves. It didn't take long before I was overwhelmed and over budget. That's when we decided to bring Think Happy on board who saved the day. They brought us back on budget with amazing vendors that I wouldn't have found without them.
The wedding preparation was really stress-free for me thanks to them. Everything was well organised in a spreadsheet and the communication was easy. I never had to wait long for a reply.
On the wedding day Chrysoula and Asimina made sure everything was going according to plan while I was getting ready and having fun. I didn't have to worry about a thing and everything was perfect.

Couldn’t do it without them!
With the Think Happy team we were able to plan a Milos island destination wedding in 10 short months. They were extremely responsive and available via email and WhatsApp for any/all of our questions! They have amazing relationships with the vendors they brought forward to us and we were incredibly impressed at the quality of vendors they have relationships with. Even when we had a very specific vision for a photographer, they were able to find somebody to recommend. They made the actual day of the wedding so easy with their whole team and we were left stress-free about the details!! On the island, they helped us navigate and come up with recommendations on restaurants, bars, hotels etc for all the guests. I would recommend the Think Happy team to absolutely anybody who is planning a wedding in Greece because they make some incredible things happen! -

Where to start... I don't even consider the Think Happy team as a vendor anymore, they are more like family! I had the unique pleasure of having my wedding planners for 3 years since our wedding was originally going to happen in 2020 when COVID struck. From the very beginning my husband and I knew we liked everyone, their personalities and vibes were so positive and warm.. let alone that all their work on their website spoke volumes. Chrysoula really understood my vision and how to bring it to life. I can't explain the warmth and comforting aura Chrysoula exudes.. even when everything seems bleak she doesn't show an ounce of panic, just solutions and sweet words. After deciding to reschedule our wedding she contacted all my vendors and found me a new date in 2021.. then again in 2022. That alone made having a wedding planning team worth it!
In addition to all the logistical stuff Think Happy did for me, the actual design of the wedding came out absolutely stunning. They coordinated and set up everything so I didn't have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day.
If you are Greek and it's sort of a hybrid destination wedding where there are a lot of locals as well, they totally get it. Think Happy worked seamlessly with all the local vendors I wanted to use in my family's town. There was never a sense of pressure from anyone to go with their preferred vendors or anything like that. Everything was just so easy.
I love that I never felt like I was trying to be swayed into making any decisions I didn't want to do, everything was on my terms with full support and understanding from Think Happy. If I didn't have a clue or an opinion on something they would help me with their professional opinion and lead me in the right direction.
I wish I was a better writer so I could truly illustrate what this vendor means to me. I love them so much and thank them from the bottom of my heart for all they did for me and with me to make my dream wedding become a reality. I wish I was a millionaire so I could pay them twice, they truly are the best at what they do. They do everything with such grace, poise, and professionalism! Thank you so much! Best of the Best!
We had a destination wedding in Paros Greece and a 3 year long engagement due to covid and are so grateful we had Chrysoula and her team by our side from day one! We interviewed several planners and Chrysoula stood out because she has the most calming, patient energy that every bride needs when planning a destination wedding. Her, Asimina, and their team are incredibly responsive, always had our back when dealing with vendors who can be less responsive, they are extremely patient, kind, and went above and beyond for us. Just a small example was the week of the wedding we saw the forecast was showing it would be cold at night. Chrysoula and her team went out and found pashminas for all our guests on super short notice, which saved the day! Anything we needed, they had a solution. The Think Happy team brought our vision to life, made planning as stress free as possible, have an incredible team of vendors, and are truly a God send. They really understood what we wanted and made it a reality, they were so responsive all throughout the two years of wedding planning, and they reassured us through a COVID cancellation and changes to our wedding because of COVID that things would still turn out great! They designed the most beautiful wedding, picked out and organized amazing vendors for us, and made the wedding day easy and perfect. They went above and beyond for us during the wedding, driving an hour to the city to pick up umbrellas for us with a rain forecast, helping us add in last-minute elements to our ceremony, and even driving us all home after the party! :) We felt like they were part of our family, and they gave us a day we will never forget! -

Where do I even begin?! The Think Happy team helped bring our dream wedding together in Milos, Greece, an island that's more challenging when it comes to planning large events. They were able to navigate all of the challenges that came up with island vendors prior to and during the wedding. We had to change our after party venue last minute due to COVID restrictions, and the Think Happy Team was able to find us an alternative venue within 24 hours notice and it ended up being even better than we had planned! The vendors they recommended were all incredible, communication was clear and frequent and they're just all around lovely people. I would recommend them a million times over! -

We were planning our wedding during COVID, which added a bit of stress to the usual wedding planning process. The Think Happy team made our wedding planning incredibly easy. The Perfect Wedding Day in Santorini!
Where do I begin?! Chrysoula & Think Happy made all of our dreams come true. My fiancé and I came from the states to elope in Santorini and were originally nervous about eloping in another country. We quickly realized we had NOTHING to worry about. Chrysoula feels like family, she genuinely cares and is so kind hearted. She answered every single question, was quick to reply us (even with our 8 hour time difference). Our wedding day was PERFECT! I mean that!! As a perfectionist and a planner myself I was nervous because I wasn’t in control, but WOW was I blown away. I cried happy tears all night, it felt like a dream come true for us. Every vendor we worked with was kind, professional, and made us feel amazing. (American couples: if you are hesitant about getting married in Greece DO IT & trust Think Happy because it was the best decision we ever made!) -

My husband and I had a wedding of 55 people in Chania, Crete August 2021. We could not have asked for a more perfect day, and we owe it all to Chrysoula and the Think Happy Events team. Chrysoula came highly recommended to us by a professional colleague of mine in the States who used her for her wedding in 2018. After our disappointment with a local Cretan wedding planner, we decided to switch to Think Happy Events during the fall of 2019. Originally, our wedding was supposed to take place in Crete June 2020. Due to the pandemic, we rescheduled the wedding with ease and no additional costs to August 2021. Working with Chrysoula for almost two years given the postponement was a true pleasure. Chrysoula and her team can execute, implement, and organize anything you envision. Her response to emails, calls, and texts is almost immediate. Most importantly, Chrysoula LISTENS to your needs, vision, and concerns. I never had to worry about things being taken care of. As the bride and a full-time working mom, this is HUGE. Navigating a destination wedding from the States during a pandemic was stressful in and of itself. But with Chrysoula, we were always kept in the loop of any updates on travel or event restrictions and she handled everything accordingly herself with ease, professionalism, and positivity. By the time the wedding month rolled around, Crete had strict covid restrictions and we were only weeks away from the wedding. Chrysoula assured me everything would work out — and it did. We adjusted timeline of events and vendors accordingly, and had a beautiful, classy, intimate wedding that our family and friends raved about. Chrysoula also found us an amazing local photographer from Athens when our original photographer from Australia could no longer photograph our wedding due to covid travel restrictions. Overall, Chrysoula and her team can handle any task, hurdle, and vision you give them. I would trust Think Happy Events with any event! We have become family and we plan to keep in touch with Chrysoula and her team well after our wedding day. ♥️ -

This was the second christening that the TH team organized for us and everything was detailed to perfection! Our guests had a great time and loved everything (invitations, venue, food, service, flowers/decoration and especially the kids entertainment TH recommended to us - they were AMAZING and kept children of different age groups entertained during the entire event !). Most importantly, our guests felt safe during the event, since all COVID-19 measures were in place (food was served at the buffet from the venue staff, the room was spacious and well ventilated and masks and sanitizers were available for everyone). The TH team was there to make sure that we had a great time with friends and family!!! Thank you TH team!!! -

We write this from out hearts and no words could describe what we feel about this most beautiful day of our lives but Chrysoula and her crew helped make the magic and fantasy that is in our hearts come true like no one ever could! They were like part of our big family for us and somebody who was always there to support us in our crazy ideas!
We are from two different cultures (Germany and Canada/Serbia), wanted to get married in Greece in the Greek Orthodox church and had very detailed visions of the fairytale wedding we wanted (a mix of the Lord of the Rings and Greek Mythology, Fairytales and a Midsummer Night's Dream). We had three different cultures and languages we needed to please and manage and a lot of lofty ideas and goals with somewhat limited money to realise them. We knew we wanted to get married in Greece but I didn't have any contacts and couldn't do it all by myself from the distance so we knew we had to get a planner. And that's when God sent us an angel. We didn't know where to start when we researched Greek Islands and we wrote to a bunch of vendors but only one replies that struck a chord with us: Think Happy. Chrysoula and her husband Alex were so sympathethic and attentive and just had this wonderful open and kind aura! We knew right away: these are our planners! They even sent us a presentation without asking for anything in return and were sending us suggestions before we even decided for them!
That is the kind of person Chrysoula is- she takes initiative. She is full of life and fire and any idea we had, any obstacle we faced (like the trouble with getting our papers approved by the Orthodox priest). She was always there and ready to face the next challenge with her team and master it. From day one she sent us her own recommendations and ideas and some of them ended up being the best things we could have done! Her expertise, her creativity, her connections in the industry, her hands on approach to getting things done and always fighting for our interests and trying to get us the best prices, the best of everything - it really felt like more than just a professional relationship but more as if she were a longterm friend or sister! She really cared for us! When we came to Greece to check out the venue the first time we saw that her and her team had a heart if gold and went through all the trouble to show us the venues, organize the dessert and cake samplings and even a whole floral sampling! They drove us around all day showing us these things, getting us water, and even just spending a nice time with us eating and drinking in the evening and giving us a tour of Athens - even though they didn't have to! This made them come into our hearts forever and they hold a special place there.
Chrysoula is better than any other planner we could have asked for because she has heart! She is like a little lioness who will fight to protect your ideas and interests and make the day you imagine happen and we were always able to turn to her, even in the biggest bumps on the road to planning the wedding.
She is also incredible because she was able to work with an incredibly detailed bride like me who wanted to co-plan the wedding with her and do a lot of stuff on her own. Other wedding planners would have difficulty giving up some control but Chrysoula was always able to balance my involvement in the wedding and that is an incredible skill (I was often worried or nervous if things would work out and she would always calm me). She is like a magic fairy, able to make any crazy wishes come true (and believe me, that is not easy because I have a LOT of ideas and wishes and am too detailed at times). ;) But she managed it all with grace and she loves what she does. That is why she is so good at it. Fast and reliable, I whatsapped her , sent her mails and had many questions and she almost immediately tried to find the answer and replied back as soon as she could. She always did more than she had to or more than any other planner would because she really cared about us and wanted to help us - she even packed the decorations we had sent her from Germany herself in her office and sent them all back to us (incl. some dried falling apart flowers we wanted from the wedding as souvenirs). She really is a cut above the rest and I am not exaggerating!
To be honest, while working on the wedding together , we feel that we have not just hired a wedding planner but made a friend for life and I thank Chrysoula and her kind team from the bottom of our hearts for making this day something that words cannot possibly describe.
When we told our friends and family we would do our wedding in Greece everyone was skeptical and against us and didn't think we could pull it off. The only support we had was from Think Happy and each other. But on the day of the wedding and the days and weeks that followed after we heard some of our hardest critics repent and say:
'We are so sorry for doubting you! This is the most beautiful thing we have ever experienced in our life and we will never experience anything so magical and touching again!'
'This wedding will go down in the history of all weddings!'
'No other wedding in our family will ever equal this one. Now everyone must have their wedding in Greece!'
'We thought we were in a fairytale!'
'I felt like I was in a movie or a surreal reality'
People were so mesmerized, they cried so much, they laughed with us and our parents and family beamed at us with pride and joy and no money in the world could ever measure up to the joy that Think Happy and all the other amazing vendors have given us!
The venue, the printables, the florals, the photographers, videographers, music, the chapel, the food and service and everything else was PURE magic and you are our fairy.

I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with the Think Happy team and our experience working with them. Chrysoula and her team helped us create our dream wedding! They were incredibly organized, responsive, and creative. Not only was everything beautiful, but everything ran smoothly and they made sure our vision became a reality.
