She was so understanding and flexible throughout this whirlwind of a process, and she helped us plan out a perfect day. My fiancé hired Cassidy to for a surprise proposal photo shoot at Watkins Glen State Park. She spent almost an hour on the phone with him in preparation the week before, suggesting an absolutely breathtaking spot and working through every little detail to make it happen the way he envisioned it. Her local knowledge was key. The morning of, Cassidy monitored the weather and maintained close communication with my fiancé’s mom in order to keep the surprise under wraps. She paid attention to everything, right down to the wind and the lighting, to make sure our photos would be perfect. She and her husband, Adam, were waiting and ready in a hidden spot when my fiancé popped the question, and they captured the moment perfectly! She was more than patient, walking with us through the remainder of the park and photographing each incredible spot along our way. She even sent us a few photos as a “sneak peek” so we could post an announcement online later that same day! I feel so lucky that Cassidy and her husband were a part of our special day. Cassidy and her husband were essentially our perfect photographers for our wedding. Considering we pulled the entire thing off in under three months during Covid-19 and then proceeded to ask everybody involved to walk 1.5 miles total to reach our ceremony location less than two weeks before the date, I'm absolutely floored with how well everything went. The photographers, specifically, were kind, funny people whose talent has quickly become apparent to me upon reviewing my wedding photos, which I received on Thanksgiving morning of all days. Every single one is beautiful and their work reflects exactly the style of natural photography we wanted to see. As if that all wasn't amazing enough, I decided to pick a location which required all involved to walk a mile and a half total and they were a delight to talk to and walk with. Not only do I recommend Wild Rose Photography, I think you'd be a bit nuts not to hire them. 6/5 stars for them. I could not have asked for a better pair.
