My big wedding in Baltimore was a huge blast thanks to Kelly, the Wedding Ninja! My fiance and I hired her to help plan our wedding while we were living out of state. She connected us with all the right vendors and helped plan every little detail needed and brought several visions we had for the wedding to life. Kelly is so prepared and organized - we had light rain on our wedding day and so we had to fall back on our inclement weather plan at the last second. Kelly made this easy though - she had clearly planned for several contingencies and knew what to do right away.

Kelly is extremely professional, friendly, patient, kind, and so organized! She was well worth every cent we paid her. It's no surprise that she's recommended by 100% of couples, including us.

Where do I begin!? My husband and I found the Wedding Ninja (Kelly) thru a recommendation and referral from another friend’s absolutely beautiful and well-coordinated wedding. Kelly was professional, communicative and fun early in the process, giving us lists of what we needed to completed by when, and helping us stay super organized with all of our vendors. When we were spinning on floral arrangements and the budget for that, she helped us work directly with a florist to get exactly what we were looking for on our special day.

As the big day approached, she was communicative and available to us whenever we needed her (my husband asked tons of questions). She did amazing putting us both at ease when we were getting anxious as the day approached. One particular vendor we were having a difficult time getting in touch with; she took on the reins and communicated with the vendor our concerns, which really helped put us at ease.

When the weather looked like it would take a turn on our day of, she pivoted quickly to organizing our rain plan and making sure our family and wedding party knew exactly what to do when. The day of she took amazing care of us, making sure we were having fun, well cared for and coordinated when we needed to be somewhere on the evening of.

I would recommend Kelly to anyone who is planning a wedding. She truly went above and beyond and was a huge part in making our big day the best day of our life.

Kelly was absolutely fantastic! We hired her on late in the process when we started panicking about coordinating all the moving parts. She jumped right in, getting our vendor information and making sure our contracts were in order. She helped us develop detailed lists of everything we needed to accomplish, while getting a ton of work done behind the scenes. More than once we reached out to a vendor to coordinate, only to find out that Kelly had already been in touch with them and gotten the answers we needed!

Day-of she was equally fantastic, setting up our entire reception hall and keeping everything in motion. She was firm and on top of the schedule, but always let us slow it down to move our wedding at our pace. Our wedding party and family met her at the rehearsal, and they had nothing but good things to say about her. She was friendly to everyone, but wasn’t afraid to yell “hey pay attention!” when my family was getting distracted.

Every Couple is different and every wedding is unique but having someone with a game plan and shows up on game day is key. If the bride and groom are the owners, the family are the coaches, Kelly is the best GM you can have.

Kelly was truly perfect. I could not have asked for a more seamless, simplistic, organized, and committed individual to help plan the wedding. She brought up ideas which I as a person relatively unfamiliar with wedding traditions totally didn't consider - and those ideas ended up being CRUCIAL. She has an eccentricity that we appreciated, as we didn't want an overly traditional or conventional wedding. I also can confidently say that she is an ally to the LGBTQA community. As a queer person and a friend to other queer folx, I was happy to hear Kelly ask about pronouns, use inclusive language, and show a "do no harm, but take no sh*t" approach.
