The venue was beautiful and it turned out great! Overall I am happy with this venue, but there were several problems. First, we had a lot of questions and the manager sometimes got back to us and sometimes did not for a few days. This made planning a bit hectic. Second, they promised us golf carts so we could drive our family to take pictures after the ceremony only problem was that after the ceremony there were no golf carts to be found. We explained to them that a lot of the wedding party was in heels and that some could not walk far because of age and health conditions, finally they gave us one golf cart, which fit a driver and one person of the wedding party. Thus, we took pictures in the front area of the venue and never drove to a good location since they didn't give us what they told us they would. Also, while we were trying to take pictures they announced over the loud speaker that it was time to eat, when it was not. Also, they set up the food 30 min before serving time, thus all the food was cold when the guests went to eat. They didn't even leave the lids on the catering containers. Don't get me wrong, the manager is very sweet, but she lied to us several times and we had to fight to get back what we lost. The food got cold and we lost several of our guests before we could even greet them because of the delay caused by this venue. This venue is a bargain, but it comes at a cost.
