The Tenderbellies is a wedding band situated out of Burlington, Vermont. This acoustic string band have known each other since high school and have years of experience in performing throughout The Green Mountain State. The two main members of the band, Christopher Page and Dave Titus, can be joined by other professional musicians to best suit their clients’ desires. This band’s main goal is to play to the room and provide the soundtrack to their clients’ love stories.
Services Offered
The Tenderbellies’ music library spans many genres and several decades. Whether you prefer tunes from the swinging 60s or modern dance floor fillers, this group can play the songs you want to hear. This band can perform throughout your big day including soft melodies at the ceremony and more energetic tunes at the reception. On the day of your wedding, this band comes supplied with state-of-the-art equipment including sound systems and several uplighting fixtures. Regardless of your chosen venue, The Tenderbellies can fill your magical celebration with crystal clear sound and vibrant splashes of color.

Chris has been working in the live performance circuit in Vermont for over a decade, and has developed a firm grasp of how to meet the needs of wedding/engagement/special events clients. Chiefly, Mr. Page loves to work on coordinating directly with the bride and groom, because his greatest asset as a bandleader is his ability to meet people where they are at. Chris seeks first to understand his clients (their wants/needs/background/budget/etc) before attempting to sell them on a particular service. His creed is: Seek first to understand, so then be understood.
Chris also loves working with diverse people. Chris dabbles in multiple languages beyond English, including: French, Spanish, Irish and Scottish Gaelic; his interests extend to Mandarin, Japanese, Italian and German, though he has not yet taken sufficient coursework to fully understand these languages. However, Chris is strong enough in the listed languages as to be able to provide MC services in these languages. Chris can also coordinate the weddings in French or Spanish, should that be easier for our clients.
Finally, Mr. Page is a Vermonter, through and through. He lives, breathes, and bleeds Vermont culture, landscape, and history, and will strive to bring the best of Vermont's many qualities to every wedding or event that he is lucky enough to be a part of.
