My wedding day was a beautiful success thanks to The Spa on West Main. Their services and staff were outstanding. They accomodated all my needs as well as my bridal parties' needs. The makeup was flawless and lasted all day. During my hair trials I worked with Sterling to acheive the perfect look. Our wedding photos came out beautifully with all of my bridal parting having similar hair styles. The expertise of the stylist was on point and they gave us lots of tips to make our hair last through all of the dancing we did. I definitely recommend The Spa to anyone.

The Spa at Roop's Mill is now the Spa on West Main. I did a bridal trial with Jenna and Melody and loved them both. They did an amazing job on the morning of the wedding as did the two girls who came with them. They provided offsite services for myself, my three bridesmaids, my mom and my husband's mom. Every one of them loved their hair and makeup and it was very affordable. Many guests have commented how much they loved everyone's hair and from the pictures we all looked great! They did a wonderful job listening to exactly what each person wanted. I highly recommend them!

They are all very friendly and flexible in making sure that you get the look that you want. They were also very organized in the planning process. I would definitely recommend The Spa on West Main for any event or just to be pampered.

This venue was perfect for our wedding! They always responded the same day I had any questions and it was BEAUTIFUL! I was so happy that they gave us the caterer because we haven't stopped hearing how wonderful the food was! It was affordable and more amazing then I could ever imagine! This venue has an indoor and outdoor plan for the ceremony and accommodated our needs (because it was calling for rain). They had both areas set up just in case it did rain! The owner of Roop's Mill was really there for anything we needed and he was very flexible when I changed my mind at the last second! IT WAS GREAT! If you are looking for a fantastic wedding venue, this is the place to go!!!!!

My stylist was Mandy, and I cannot say enough good things about her. She did a phenomenal job on my hair and makeup. I've never felt more beautiful! She was one of the sweetest people I've met, and she put me so at ease on my wedding day. It was a needed breath of calm in the all of the hubbub. The style and makeup held all day. The spa is lovely and relaxing. I would recommend them to anyone!

Spa was a great experience- my mother and me are not "spa" types, but we were both happy we went to get that "bridal" experience. I let my bridesmaids choose if they wanted to get hair/make-up, all got their hair and some got their make-up- I did both. We all had a great time getting ready in the morning, very relaxing even though the Spa had a busy schedule that day they made us feel comfortable, and not rushed. One of my bridesmaids did have an issue with her hair lady making a rude comment about her hair. Otherwise service was timely and satisfactory. We all looked great!

April did a spray tan for me a few days before the wedding and it turned out great- I'm extremely pale, and once the bronzer washed off the next day, the tan looked very natural, so that I had some color to offset the white dress, but I didn't look like a Snooki-wanna-be (thank god!). She was great to work with, and I felt comfortable during the spray tan process.

I'm thankful the spa was so flexible too- I don't reccomend waiting until the last second to make appointments there because they are busy, but I didn't make mine until the week of the wedding and they were accomodating (and nice about it)! Also, one of my girls decided she wanted hair the day of the wedding,and they fit her in.

Expensive, but for an true spa experience, this is the place to treat yourself to! I'll definitely be filling up my piggy bank to go back soon!

The Spa was really a fun place to get ready the day before and the day of my wedding! My party and family had a relaxing morning the day before the wedding with massages, facials, manicures and pedicures. It was wonderful and we were given complimentary snacks and wine, which was unexpected but very nice since we were there for a pretty long time. The staff was great and I felt like we were all friends by the end of the day. The day of my wedding we came in to get hair and make up done, everyone looked amazing! The rooms in the Spa were all gorgeous, so all of our pictures looked great even as we got ready. Shannon did my hair and make-up and I have never felt more beautiful in my life! She is amazing, along with everyone else! I will definitly be back!

I was very disappointed with my recent experience at Roops Mill. I found them disorganized and unprofessional. The beauticians were very inexperienced and I felt like I was in a beauty school rather than expensive salon - both when we got hair and nails done. Their supervisor, however, was awesome and luckily there to fix everything that the beauticians did.

Long story short, my hair is falling out. Thanks Spa on West Main for the over-bleaching which has destroyed my hair. Dawn (the owner) offered me a $100 gift card for a facial after I wrote her an email complaining, LOL. She also tried to blame it on me for not buying products from them, LOL again. Will not go back ever and WILL NOT recommend to anyone.
