After checking out multiple bridal shops, the Savvy Bride was my last stop. I was in sort of a rush to get a dress, and finding something I didn't have to order was key. Erica helped me find the perfect dress for me. I had saved similar photos online and after a few options, she nailed it. Erica makes sure to only purchase the best of the best quality and has a variety of options and styles to choose from. Not only that, but she was able to immediately get me in contact with someone who does alternations in my town... over an hour away near Poughkeepsie, NY. This person ended up being incredibly talented, kind, and fun to work with. Shop local with Erica. She's amazing and so is her shop. Thanks so much for making my wedding dress dreams come true!

I purchased my dress back in December from the Savvy Bride. It was recommended to me by a friend that purchased their dress for their wedding years prior. Erica was so wonderful to work with and accommodating. She was patient, kind, and helped me find the most perfect dress. Her shop has so many beautiful gowns that are so well taken care of, and tons of options within different price ranges. I would highly recommend Savvy Bride!

First heard of the Savvy Bride from a friend who got her dress there. I had been to some of the more classic bridal shops during my search (big stores, strict appointment slots, impersonal efficient feel) so when I came to Savvy Bride and met Erica it was such an amazing breath of fresh air. I didn't feel rushed at all during our appointment and I felt like she truly took the time to understand what I was looking for. I tried on some of the most beautiful dresses at her store - and all at such a reasonable price! It was so wonderful to be able to walk out of the store with my wedding dress (and at almost half the budget I had initially set for myself!). Erica also helped me get a beautiful veil a few weeks before my wedding - she even dropped it off at my nearby tailor so I wouldn't have to make an extra trip! My mom still refers to that store as "a place of such joy" and it couldn't be more true. Love this place!

We arrived at The Savvy Bride after two days of back to back wedding dress appointments (my mom was only in town for a weekend to go with me) so we were tired and a little drained. She set me at ease right away and every dress I tried on seemed perfect, up until the last one when I knew it was absolutely the one. The price was spot on and although because of Covid I didn’t get to wear my dress until a full 2 years later, it was absolutely gorgeous and worth the wait. Couldn’t recommend this place any higher.

The Savvy Bride is just the best! I bought my dress from here about 2 years ago and thanks to COVID, I finally got to wear it! I had heard of the Savvy Bride through a friend who got her dress there so I knew I needed to check it out! Erica was so helpful from the beginning. She had a questionnaire that asked what styles of dresses do you like, what pictures do you like, your budget, etc. From there, she chose the ones that best fit my criteria to try on. Her shop is so cozy and cute! The front of the store has all the dresses and accessories out for you to look at. In the back is where you try on with a cute little couch for your entourage. In the end, I found the best dress for me and it was so reasonably priced! The size was a little big so she recommended a seamstress who could help with alternations. I am obsessed with my dress and wish I could wear it again! Overall, you will not be disappointed at The Savvy Bride!

Gorgeous gowns at affordable prices?! The Savvy Bride is a hidden gem and Erica is such awesome at finding you what you’re looking for. The gown you try on is the gown you take home—no ordering, waiting, you take it home that day! She also gave a wonderful seamstress recommendation for the most affordable alterations: Linda at Nights in White Satin, sweet and busy but dedicated!

I went to Erica after going to quite a few bridal shops. I am plus sized and Erica was the first person in one of these stores that didn't ask me to "use my imagination" when talking about a custom gown. She showed me that a girl my size can still look beautiful on her big day. I just got married on 10/17/2020 and the compliments I am getting on my dress are coming in from all over, even strangers who see my pictures. I love how I looked on my special day and Erica's kindness and humor made my experience that much better. It was also a great price. Can't thank her enough for what she did for me.

We went to The Savvy Bride for my wedding dress, and had a great experience! I needed a dress I could take home with me right away as my wedding was only a few months away. I loved that I had the whole shop to ourselves during my appointment. Erica was so helpful in figuring out what kind of dress I liked - I started out thinking I would like a more simple style, and she quickly figured out that I actually wanted something with a little more sparkle. I tried on 12 dresses total, and mine was the 6th one, and this was the only place I needed to go! I was so impressed with Erica’s ability to pick out dresses that I would like. I ended up with a beautiful dress, at a very fair price. Before I took it home, she noticed a tiny tear in one area and fixed it up for me so it was perfect. Would highly recommend!

I came to the Savvy Bride after having tried on dresses at David's Bridal and Nordstrom's and definitely preferred my experience with Erica at the Savvy Bride! She chose just the right gowns for me to try on based on an email questionnaire she sent out before the appointment. I felt so comfortable and really valued her recommendations. Even though I didn't find *the* gown during my appointment, I would highly recommend checking the Savvy Bride because you can't beat the deals and the one-on-one attention and guidance from Erica!

After many stores, I finally found my dress here. Erica was great- incredibly good at what she does, and made us all feel comfortable. I walked away excited and feeling great about my purchase. I’d highly recommend making an appointment here.
