The Rothschild-Pound House Inn is a c.1870's hotel and wedding venue located in Columbus, Georgia's riverfront Historic District. The exterior space at The Rothschild-Pound House Inn offers several different sites for you and your significant other to celebrate your ceremony. Three different courtyards, inspired by those often found in the distinctive city of New Orleans, provide romantic and private spaces for declaring your vows and sealing your marriage bond.

There is also space beside the main house for beautiful wooden folding chairs to be arranged in front of the pulpit. Here, you and your partner can join together against a backdrop of tall green trees as the sun shines down for your special moment.

Also outside, there are areas for tents to be arranged, meaning that you can enjoy your reception or some late-night cocktails. Alternatively, you could utilize these spaces as overflow for extra guests.

Inside, up to 125 guests can comfortably be accommodated for the reception. The Victorian Main house offers space for the all-important meal which can be served in a variety of styles such as buffet or plated. Here, surrounded by rich interiors, colorful walls, lamp mood lighting, and lavish decor, you can sink into the luxury as you treat your palate to some fine cuisine.

Conveniently, cleanup and setup services are provided. The venue may be arranged perfectly ahead of the celebration, while it can be returned to its original state after the wedding party has departed.

In terms of catering services, the staff can provide serving styles including buffet, cocktail reception, plated, stations, and more. Our venue will accommodate up to 150 guests.

An event planning option is also available to make use of, while event rentals can be provided (centerpieces, chairs, tables, and tents) so that the happy couple don't need to contact outside vendors.
