Buyer Beware! First off Amy was late in arrival even though I gave her a timeline. Her camera battery died prior to the wedding starting. Which she did not tell us but told a guest of ours. She pretended to take photos and had us pose for photos all night- with a dead camera. She had a secondary/assistant photographer whom could have stepped up to take pictures, but instead sent her home after dinner was served. We obtained an attorney to resolve this. We were refunded the money but were told her hard drive had crashed and the pictures she supplied to us from the damaged hard drive were all that was recovered. Of the pictures we received were from the secondary photographer. She couldn’t recover pictures she didn’t actually take. Lies upon lies to us and to our face. We do not have photos from the the bridal/bridesmaid suite, limited ceremony pics, family photos and many reception and dancing pics. Exit, etc. She is unprofessional, ill-prepared and immature. As well as unequipped to be a wedding photographer. She claims to be a Christian but represented herself in no such manner.Sent on 05/22/2020
