Stunning venue

We chose the beach house for our reception and it is the most beautiful reception venue ever. After a last minute location change, we chose the beach house and was not disappointed. The ritz is gorgeous and so lush. Rain or shine (or hurricane😉) you cannot go wrong with the ritz in general!

Wedding Venue - 11.16.2019

We had a spectacular wedding day at the Naples Ritz on November 16 last year. It was a day beyond my wildest dreams. Brigette was our point of contact throughout the planning process and she was incredible—of the utmost professionalism, super responsive, and rolled with the punches of varying personalities. She had a conference day of the wedding and had Taylor step in. It was as seamless transition as we could have hoped! The Ritz crew worked with us in every way practical to make our dreams come true. They also handled a last minute cocktail hour switch (due to wind) like pros. As a corollary point, they had great wedding block rates for those staying in the hotel, and many of the wedding guests stayed there with us, making it a big party all weekend. Wish we could do it all over again!

Amazing venue and staff!

I can't say enough great things about both the venue and staff that I worked with to make my wedding day special. Jennifer Foley, James Hurd and Michelle Coffin were exceptional. They worked tirelessly to make our wedding day special. We had both the ceremony and reception at the Ritz. There was rain on my wedding day, but the staff knew how much I wanted an outdoor ceremony, so they held out until the last moment - we found an opportunity and I watched them cleaning off chairs, fixing the flowers and seating my guests, so that we could get married outside in the courtyard. Even when they thought no one was looking, they went above and beyond to make our day special! The food was wonderful and the deserts even better! The staff was always watching to make sure all went well. Michelle went above and beyond to make sure I was happy at the reception. Jenn, James and Michelle - the entire staff - thank you! You made my day memorable.

We could not have picked a better hotel to have our destination wedding at!! We were so pleased with the service we received overall from everyone! The event planner, Mary, is absolutely amazing & extremely helpful! She went above & beyond in many ways & stayed to help our wedding to be flawless after we let our wedding planner go 4 days before our wedding (who worked for an outside vendor.) Mary is very responsive, professional, thorough, sweet, & timely. Devon from The Destination Team was also amazing & did a great job on the flowers & decorations for our wedding. Everything was perfect & just how we imagined it to be! All hotel staff is accommodating & they make you feel very welcome. The food served at the wedding was delicious. The hotel is gorgeous & very clean as well. I HIGHLY recommend the Ritz in Naples & thank them for an unforgettable experience!

All of our dreams came true with our wedding at the Ritz Carlton Naples Beach Resort. From booking our wedding to the moment we checked out, we had the most wonderful experience. Natalia was fabulous - James hit every detail - Zhanetta was amazing - Jamie in the spa didn't skip a beat... The main message is - we had the best time ever. THANK YOU!

We got married at the Ritz Carlton in May 2016. We decided to elope but purchased one of the wedding packages with them. We were assigned Natalia Niederwieser as our wedding coordinator, and she was nothing short of incredible. Scheduling a wedding from a distance (we are in Masschusetts) can be daunting because you cannot see anything you are planning. Natalia made it so easy and stress free. She was so kind to us, and continued that incredible kindness through our arrival, our ceremony, and the rest of our trip. She did not miss anything, and the whole ceremony and venue were amazing.

INCREDIBLE!!! Customer service and location were perfect! Brigitte, Vincent and Banquet Event Captain John are the nicest, most professional people I have ever met.

We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and brunch all at the ritz and it was more than we could have ever dreamed of! I would never recommend anywhere else to get married!!!

The beach setting, the Beach House reception ,the foral decor, the food and the Ritz staff were all spectacular. Both our on site coordinator and florist made our destination wedding a joy to plan long distance. The experience was stress free and beautifully memorable.

The Ritz-Carlton, Naples was an amazing location to get married. We signed our contract before we had even visited and it was everything we wanted and more. The wedding was even better than I had expected. We worked with Brigitte Rivard and Jenna Main who were AMAZING! I could not have asked for better wedding coordinators. The location was stunning and decorations were amazing. We thought there was a chance of rain and Brigitte was very nice to wait it out so that I could have the outdoor wedding I had always dreamed of. The beach, restaraunts, and night club were all great as well. So many people told us that it was the best wedding they had ever attended and best wedding food! We look forward to spending many anniversaries at the Ritz-Naples.
