The Red Blazer Bakery made 10 pies for my wedding (7 flavors) and did an amazing job! My husband and I are not really cake people and were so excited to have all of those flavors and options for our big day. Everything was delivered on time and without any issue and all of the pies presented gorgeously. We continue to hear wonderful feedback from our guests. Thank you!

The Red Blazer staff was incredible at our wedding! They were very professional, helpful and made sure that my husband and I had time to be served the full meal despite the day being so busy. The food was amazing and a few people told me it was the best wedding food they’d ever had! We also had Beth, the bakery head, make our cake for us and she did not disappoint! Everything was delicious and the staff was just fabulous. Big thank you to Tamra, Beth, and the rest of the Red Blazer catering staff for making our day so special!!

We used Red Blazer for our rehearsal dinner - appetizer buffet. Food and service was quick and delicious. Tamra was easy to work with and sent numerous emails/updates to answer our questions about booking, as we are out of state. Everything came out great. We also picked up desserts and a sweetheart cake for our wedding the next day, while we were there for our rehearsal. The cake was SO yummy. We cut it, feed each other one bite, then continued to stand there eating it because it tasted so good! :) We did mini dessert options (cupcakes, brownies, and cookies) for our guests and they were almost completely gone at the end of the night. Great little spot for all your wedding needs!

Red Blazer was one of the catering options we were given at our venue. They have so many different options. We went with one of their buffet options and it worked out great. Even with the buffet, we were given so much flexibility with having option for guests with dietary restrictions. Because they’ve worked closely with the venue, the timing went really well and they worked seemlessly with the other vendors. They also made sure my husband and I had plenty of food and even hid us some snacks in the bridal sweet since we had pictures taken during cocktail hour. Wonderful service!

Red Blazer staff was absolutely fabulous and the food was delicious! They catered to us by bringing us appetizers since we missed cocktail hour. Very nice touch!

Best catering company ever!! Tamra was wonderful from the start! She was extremely responsive, easy to work with, and professional! She helped us decide on the amount of apps and coordinated our tasting which was DELICIOUS! The day of the wedding Gigi and the rest of the staff went above and beyond! Gigi helped fix my train as I walked down the aisle, brought my dad and I water while we waited and even iced down my back during pictures because it was so hot!! She made sure my husband and I ate and even helped pour champagne at the tables! And THE FOOD! So delicious and our guests loved it! I would use them again for any catering needs in a heart beat!

We celebrated our wedding on 4/28/18. Tamra and her "crew" at the Red Blazer were amazing! Tamra was very easy to work with, very attentive, professional and passionate about helping to make our day special and memorable. She was always available and reachable if we had any questions regarding the planning of our wedding. She helped guide us along to avoid any little details we may have forgotten. The waitstaff we had that night were very approachable and accommodating. Extra props to Chi Chi who perfectly orchestrated it all that night. Our guests enjoyed the food (very reasonably priced, I might add) and raved about the cake! The cake, made by the Red Blazer's baker, was both beautiful and delicious! (as we all know, wedding cakes can be beautiful but not always taste the best). I would highly recommend the Red Blazer to anyone!

With only 3 weeks to plan my daughters wedding..Tamra was fantastic! Very helpful and organized during the planning process, the food was delicious, the staff was excellent, and the evening was just perfect!! I highly recommend this venue to anyone!

All I can say is WOW!!! The team at the Red Blazer are AWESOME!!! The food was great, they had appraisers waiting for my new hubby and I waiting when we got done taking pictures. They served us our meals and just had every detail spot on! Tamra was just awesome helping with all of our set up. She was always available for questions and she was very flexible when we had guests making special requests and changes close to the wedding date! Beth did our wedding cake and WOW what an awesome job...she had exactly what we wanted and was very responsive to all of our questions and emails...they were on the ball!!! Thank you all soooooo very much for making our day so special!!!

Absolutely fantastic food - and even better service! From the food tasting in February up until our big day, Tamra and all of the Red Blazer staff offered professional and prompt service, leaving no questions unanswered and no problems unsolved. We received so many compliments on and after our wedding day about the delicious food. We couldn't have imagined a more beautiful day, and we so appreciated the positive and friendly caterers who served our guests and of course the top notch meal they served. Planning a wedding can certainly be stressful, and having vendors with the experience and professionalism of the Red Blazer will make that process much smoother and more enjoyable. I would highly recommend the Red Blazer based on the quality and wide selection of catering options (many "package" options, but also the ability to create your own), the consistent responsiveness to inquiries during the months leading up to and even on the day of the wedding, and the absolutely phenomenal staff who helped make our wedding day the best day ever!
