The Red Blazer Bakery made 10 pies for my wedding (7 flavors) and did an amazing job! My husband and I are not really cake people and were so excited to have all of those flavors and options for our big day. Everything was delivered on time and without any issue and all of the pies presented gorgeously. We continue to hear wonderful feedback from our guests. Thank you!

The Red Blazer staff was incredible at our wedding! They were very professional, helpful and made sure that my husband and I had time to be served the full meal despite the day being so busy. The food was amazing and a few people told me it was the best wedding food they’d ever had! We also had Beth, the bakery head, make our cake for us and she did not disappoint! Everything was delicious and the staff was just fabulous. Big thank you to Tamra, Beth, and the rest of the Red Blazer catering staff for making our day so special!!

We used Red Blazer for our rehearsal dinner - appetizer buffet. Food and service was quick and delicious. Tamra was easy to work with and sent numerous emails/updates to answer our questions about booking, as we are out of state. Everything came out great. We also picked up desserts and a sweetheart cake for our wedding the next day, while we were there for our rehearsal. The cake was SO yummy. We cut it, feed each other one bite, then continued to stand there eating it because it tasted so good! :) We did mini dessert options (cupcakes, brownies, and cookies) for our guests and they were almost completely gone at the end of the night. Great little spot for all your wedding needs!

Red Blazer staff was absolutely fabulous and the food was delicious! They catered to us by bringing us appetizers since we missed cocktail hour. Very nice touch!

Best catering company ever!! Tamra was wonderful from the start! She was extremely responsive, easy to work with, and professional! She helped us decide on the amount of apps and coordinated our tasting which was DELICIOUS! The day of the wedding Gigi and the rest of the staff went above and beyond! Gigi helped fix my train as I walked down the aisle, brought my dad and I water while we waited and even iced down my back during pictures because it was so hot!! She made sure my husband and I ate and even helped pour champagne at the tables! And THE FOOD! So delicious and our guests loved it! I would use them again for any catering needs in a heart beat!

Red Blazer was one of the catering options we were given at our venue. They have so many different options. We went with one of their buffet options and it worked out great. Even with the buffet, we were given so much flexibility with having option for guests with dietary restrictions. Because they’ve worked closely with the venue, the timing went really well and they worked seemlessly with the other vendors. They also made sure my husband and I had plenty of food and even hid us some snacks in the bridal sweet since we had pictures taken during cocktail hour. Wonderful service!

With only 3 weeks to plan my daughters wedding..Tamra was fantastic! Very helpful and organized during the planning process, the food was delicious, the staff was excellent, and the evening was just perfect!! I highly recommend this venue to anyone!

We celebrated our wedding on 4/28/18. Tamra and her "crew" at the Red Blazer were amazing! Tamra was very easy to work with, very attentive, professional and passionate about helping to make our day special and memorable. She was always available and reachable if we had any questions regarding the planning of our wedding. She helped guide us along to avoid any little details we may have forgotten. The waitstaff we had that night were very approachable and accommodating. Extra props to Chi Chi who perfectly orchestrated it all that night. Our guests enjoyed the food (very reasonably priced, I might add) and raved about the cake! The cake, made by the Red Blazer's baker, was both beautiful and delicious! (as we all know, wedding cakes can be beautiful but not always taste the best). I would highly recommend the Red Blazer to anyone!

All I can say is WOW!!! The team at the Red Blazer are AWESOME!!! The food was great, they had appraisers waiting for my new hubby and I waiting when we got done taking pictures. They served us our meals and just had every detail spot on! Tamra was just awesome helping with all of our set up. She was always available for questions and she was very flexible when we had guests making special requests and changes close to the wedding date! Beth did our wedding cake and WOW what an awesome job...she had exactly what we wanted and was very responsive to all of our questions and emails...they were on the ball!!! Thank you all soooooo very much for making our day so special!!!

Absolutely fantastic food - and even better service! From the food tasting in February up until our big day, Tamra and all of the Red Blazer staff offered professional and prompt service, leaving no questions unanswered and no problems unsolved. We received so many compliments on and after our wedding day about the delicious food. We couldn't have imagined a more beautiful day, and we so appreciated the positive and friendly caterers who served our guests and of course the top notch meal they served. Planning a wedding can certainly be stressful, and having vendors with the experience and professionalism of the Red Blazer will make that process much smoother and more enjoyable. I would highly recommend the Red Blazer based on the quality and wide selection of catering options (many "package" options, but also the ability to create your own), the consistent responsiveness to inquiries during the months leading up to and even on the day of the wedding, and the absolutely phenomenal staff who helped make our wedding day the best day ever!

The Red Blazer did all of the catering for my wedding and they were amazing to work with! The food was fabulous and we received many compliments on it afterwards. They were very responsive and accommodating and an overall pleasure to work with!

They are so flexible and have so many wonderful options to choose from. The food is excellent and great quality. We have used them for other catered events before and cannot wait to have their food at our wedding!

There are SO MANY things to stress about when you're the MOB, (mother of the bride)! If you decide to go with The Red Blazer, Tamra and her staff will make you forget that you're in charge of this once-in-a-lifetime-and-you're-never-paying-for-another-for-this-child party! Smooth. Seamless. Easy to Decide. We decided on one of the packages, I believe it was the New England Buffet and they allowed a few tweaks on the menu here and there. Food was great. Staff was wonderful. Sip your champaign. Greet your guests. Enjoy the night! Dance your shoes off!

They were very professional! They even helped us with planning the times and everything. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for catering for their wedding!

Tamara and her entire team at The Red Blazer did such a phenomenal job from start to finish. My husband and I are vegetarians and she worked with us to create a fantastic menu. All of the food was amazing, we have heard nothing but great things from every guest we've talked to regarding the food. All night Tamra was on the floor busting her butt making sure all guests, and especially my husband and I, we're happy and well fed. I would chose Red Blazer over and over again! Cannot say enough great things about this company, the food, and the team! You guys rock!!

Great place to have a wedding or reception. They made it very easy and were incredibly accommodating. Their cakes are pretty inexpensive and ours was gorgeous! Beth is a phenomenal pastry chef. Tamra was very helpful and receptive. I would highly recommend the Red Blazer for any official event.

I had my wedding at the red blazer on September 20, 2015. I planned my wedding in less than three months and Tamra was amazing to work with. The building was under going renovations at the time of my planning and even wedding day. Tamra was extremely flexible with meetings I would ask for to check on the venue room I booked and discuss the layout/ set up for my big day. Tamra always replied to my MANY emails in a very quick and informative manner! She even went so far as to suggest a justice of the peace, who was AMAZING!! ( Cathy Lord of concord) . Tamra helped with every aspect of the wedding, and made me feel that no question was dumb or detail to small.
My wedding had 32 guests and we used the fox room. It was perfect! We had a small vow ceremony in front of the main dinning rooms fire place and then ate in the fox room. Tamra arranged it so they didn't seat any other patrons in the dining room so that we could have the beautiful back drop of the fireplace during our ceremony. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement! Tamra even came in on her day off to make sure everything was to our liking and stayed to see us say i do and wish us congratulations!
The food was AMAZING ( we chose chicken cordon bleu, baked stuffed haddock and steak) our server, Kim, left all of our guests feeling like VIPs. I will forever love her for cranking the AC for me so I wouldn't melt in my wedding dress lol!!
Beth, the dessert chef, made us the most delicious cake! They offer free cake tastings and it's a must to do because they have sooooo many different choices!!
Our day was PERFECT and it was in very large part to do with having chose the Red Blazer to have our special day at!

The Red Blazer went above and beyond for my husband and I. My family is from the Caribbean and I really wanted to incorporate that somehow. Tamra and Chef Pedro worked closely with us to include a few spices from home. The outcome was wonderful. The Red Blazer pastry chef, Beth also made the most beautiful cake for us (I wanted Icelandic poppies on my cake and they made it happen!!). Overall if I could give a higher rating I would!

The food and service was amazing!

As a wedding planner myself I knew I was looking for a caterer that I would get along with, trust with my vision, and would show genuine happiness and excitement for our wedding. Good customer service is hard to find but as soon as I started emailing with Tamra she put me at ease and proved that she knew what she was doing. I planned my NH wedding from Minnesota and she made it easy to do. She was professional, knowledgeable, and approachable and made the process a lot of fun. We agreed on everything and I really felt that I could trust her to listen to my requests and make sure they happened behind the scenes. I was able to turn off my "catering manager brain" and let Tamra take care of the details so I could enjoy the day. The timeline flowed well, the food was amazing (my guests are still raving), the staff was friendly and helpful, and Tamra was on top of her game all night and never missed a beat. I can't say enough about how happy we were with Red Blazer!! Tamra is fabulous! Thank you!

We sing our praise to the quality of service, food, and professionalism that Tamra and her Red Blazer team provided during our daughter's wedding in our backyard. In addition to our personal satisfaction, our 175 guests were equally as impressed and have often remarked about their wonderful experience that day.Tamra is the ultimate wedding coordinator. She is respectful of everyone’s ideas, yet comes to the table ready to offer ideas without intrusion. Tamra was ready to deal with every detail during the planning stages and during the event. The quality of Red Blazer food was as wonderful at the wedding as it would have been if in the actual restaurant. The food was fresh and delicious, and the buffet moved smoothly and effortlessly.Pastry Chef, Beth, created the most beautiful and delicious wedding cake!

Great to work with and the food was delicious! Personal attention day of not only to me and my husband, but our "VIP's" (parents and grandparents). Plus they worked with us to have some great and fun appetizers.

We did a couple of tastings at different places. They had the best cake, frostings and fillings. They were also significantly less expensive than other bakeries.

Beth was fabulous, our wedding cake came out exactly as we wanted it and was delicious. The price was extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend the Red Blazer for a wedding cake.

The Red Blazer did such an incredible job with our food and cake! Everyone commented on the deliciousness of the food and the cake! It was a pleasure working with Tamra and Beth, both of them took all of our allergies into consideration and accommodated all of our guests needs based upon them! The food was amazing and most of our guests claimed they have never had such great tasting wedding food in their lives! Beth did a fantastic job on our wedding cake and it was everything we dreamed it could possibly be!!
