Doug Lane has been performing professionally for over two decades, starting as a member of the Army Bands and today as a band leader and solo performer.

The Real Doug Lane is available for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception and even offers MC services. Excellent!!!

The Real Doug Lane is beyond incredible! From the very start, Doug was easy to communicate with and was a consummate professional during the planning process and on the day of the wedding. As a Wedding Planner, these are important traits and qualities I look for in a vendor, especially one as important as the band! Doug offered his expertise in terms of playlists and you could really tell he knows his stuff. Then on the wedding day, the band was amazing! Even with some hiccups the band rolled with them and adapted and adjusted. The trio played for cocktail hour and livened up this part of the celebration. Guests were dancing and loving the music throughout the night. Totally entertaining. Totally professional. Totally worth it. Hire The Real Doug Lane!!!!

Saved the Day

Doug and his band were recommended to me by another band, and it was last minute and they just so happened to have an opening. They traveled to Montana and played both our ceremony and the reception. They were so fun and sounded great. They felt out the crowd and picked songs accordingly. We set a playlist tone and that was it, I just wanted him to play songs in the general genre we liked, and he killed it.
