About

The Projekt is a talented and versatile wedding band based out of Centereach, New York. They have six lead singers that can play a variety of music. Couples can book anywhere from five to 13 pieces for their celebration. The Projekt uses modern technology to cover any artist, and ensure that your wedding is unforgettable.

Experience
This unique band was formed in 1995 and still has all of its original members. They've played at over 3,000 weddings and corporate affairs over the years. In 2015, they played at The Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City with Rick Springfield, Enrique Iglesias and PITBULL. They would classify their sound as hip, full and fresh.

The Right Choice

There are a few extremely crucial elements in determining the success of a wedding reception, and choosing the right band is among them. The Projekt was absolutely the right choice. Combining their superb vocals and amazing instrumentals, The Projekt kept the dance floor full all throughout the night. Right from the start of the reception, and until the last note was played, our guests commented on the amazing band -- both their sound, and their selection of music. I must give a specific shout-out to Jen and Louis who sang Celine Dion's "The Prayer." It left the guests in awe.
But there's more to this success than the actual performance. The planning part is crucial, and working with Mark was an absolute pleasure. He took the time to understand what music we wanted, and the selection and variety were spot on. Mark was professional and responsive to all of our requests.
I hope to be a guest at another wedding where the Projekt is playing so I can enjoy them again.

Dear Mark and The Projekt Crew,
We are so grateful that The Projekt ended up being the band at our wedding reception. You guys delivered way beyond our expectations. Our family and guests wouldn’t stop raving about you. You kept the dance floor hoping As we had hoped. Thanks for playing the songs as requested especially the ballroom sets - MOM / DAD and fellow ballroom dancers were delighted. Dancing all Night!

The Projekt was our band for our wedding on 12/8/2018. My husband and I had the time of our lives! Our guests are still raving about the Projekt and how wonderful they were. They knew exactly the right songs to play and the dance floor was packed the entire night! Mark really spent time understanding the type of music that we wanted. The band is so talented and every song they played was wonderful! I would recommend the Projekt to any couple. Our guests have told us our wedding was one of the best that they have ever been to. That wouldn't be possible without the Projekt!

THIS BAND IS INCREDIBLE. I can't speak highly enough of each and every one of them, their consideration for my day on a personal level, or their enthusiasm for making the party as fantastic as they could. They ROCKED IT is an understatement. Myself and my guests couldn't get enough and couldn't stop raving about them afterwards.

They took all of my thoughts and requests to heart, and made the night so special and fun. Their talent and cohesiveness as a band is truly amazing and they continued to blow me away song after song. Thank you for making my night a dream come true!!

I can't say enough good things about The Projekt. They completely blew us away with their sound, and are an absolute pleasure to work with. My husband and I fell in love with the band from the day we heard them at their showcase. They are the best wedding band I've ever heard, and our guests still ask about them. I'm not kidding when I say the dance floor was packed, including people I never thought would dance. Their transitions, song selection and ability to read the crowd were incredible. My husband and I loved them so much, we looked to see when they would be performing next for the public so we could go see them again. If there is one thing you don't want to stress over for your wedding, book the Projekt. Mark is great and is very responsive and willing to work with you to make sure you're happy every step of the way.

Everyone at our wedding was raving about the band The Projekt! They are obviously very accomplished musicians who have been playing together for a long time and it shines through on every song. You feel more like you’re at a concert than listening to a typical wedding band. The dance floor was always PACKED and the mix of music was perfect. They carried the wedding from the ceremony through the reception without a hitch. I can’t say enough about Mark Danti and The Projekt. The entire band was very friendly and very easy to work with. I wouldn’t change a thing – they were GREAT!

WOW ,this band has an unbelievable sound. Although they were not available on the date we needed, I was so impressed with the professional way they do business I had to write a review. After talking to many other bands, it was refreshing to talk to Mark and get honest information about costs, band members, and exactly who and what we would get for our celebration party. BRAVO!

Thank you The Projekt for making my wedding unbelievably amazing. We knew from the showcase that they would be good, but Mark and his band simply blew us away the day of the wedding. He was so easy to work with and took the time before the wedding to speak with my husband and me about what we expected, what we wanted, and what we didn't want. We literally sat on the phone together in the week before the wedding for an hour deep in discussion. Mark wouldn't quit until he was certain he would get our wedding songs exactly right. We planned a first dance to an atypical song, that we found on a random youtube video, and the band nailed it and hit every note - they did not disappoint. We are so grateful for the great music, inspiration and chutzpah they brought to our special day. All our guests agree. THANK YOU MARK!!

The Projekt was amazing to work with. They were professional and energetic the entire night! The Projekt got my guests up and moving for the entire night. It was amazing to see that the dance floor was filled with almost all of the guests. With the smiles on their faces, you could tell that the song choice was absolutely what the guests loved to dance to. Also, Mark really wanted to personalize the song choices to fit Greg and I. He spoke with me one week before the wedding to really get a sense of the type of music that we loved. The song list that they played on our wedding day could absolutely be seen taken from the conversation that we had. I would absolutely recommend this band!

We received so many compliments on our music! These guys are as good as it gets - not your typical wedding band. They are an exceptional band - that happens to do weddings :)
