After meeting with a couple other local bakeries and an individual who baked out of her home, I met with Taylor at The Pastry Stop and practically booked her on the spot. We were looking for a small cake to cut and bite-sized desserts for the guests. I did not want to spend a fortune on dessert, and Taylor did not hesitate to work within our constraints. After discussing our favorite dessert flavors, she provided numerous suggestions of tapas-style desserts. We then choose a number of these to taste, plus the cake/filling/icing options. She was so professional about the tasting, and each dessert was to die for!
Taylor took care of everything related to our desserts and I was stress-free. She delivered, setup/decorated our cake with real flowers, and provided tent cards for each of the tapas desserts. Taylor was always just a phone call or email away, and even let me know at one point that she would be out of town and would get back to me as soon as possible if I needed anything while she was away.
As a side note, my matron of honor purchased a tray of cookies from The Pastry Stop for my bridal shower and they were all delicious -- and gone!
I highly recommend Taylor at The Pastry Stop for wedding desserts and desserts for all other occasions. Don't miss her macaroons!
