MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS VENUE AND THE OWNER WAS SIMPLY AMAZING! THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING, DIDNT HAVE ANY HIDDEN FEES. EASY TO BOOK AND VERY TRANSPARENT! THEY BROUGHT MY VISION TO LIFE... LOCATION IS AWESOME

They are amazing and easy to work with

My wife and I decided to use this venue for our wedding reception on November 2019. At first the staff seemed on top of things but everything went downhill on the wedding day. We overestimated for 150 guests and about 130 showed up.
Food: The food was extremely salty and although we brought it up during the tasting to the chef and in the presence of the venue manager, nothing was done about it. The tres leche wedding cake that we tasted with the baker was moist and amazing but the one served at our wedding was dry and extremely crumbly
- After the wedding, the venue manager sadly distance herself, and claimed that nothing was mentioned earlier to the chef. regarding the cake, she stated that a tres leche cake was done right and had to be dry because of stacking...
Service: The servers were extremely slow and disoriented some of them arrived late to work. My in-laws table which was numbered "2" and located near the newly wed table was the last one to be served. According to the server, they ran out of salad and bread before serving all guest so few tables did not get a salad plate.
- Once again, the venue manager who was not present tried to defend her crew and stated that her server were overwhelmed, stressed and forgot that more salad was in the fridge.
DJ: My wife and I met the DJ prior to the wedding day and we raised few concerns. One of the concerns was his speech and his ability to clearly speak to an English speaking crowd. He assured us that he will focus on the music and will bring an additional person to do all the talking. On the wedding day, he came with a person who did not speak at all. He seemed to have a hard time reading the schedule we provided and our guests could not understand him. As if this was not enough, while playing music from his phone, it rang on loud speaker leaving guests shocked on the dance floor.
- This sad event was reported to the venue manager and once again she tried to defend the DJ. according to her, a guest requested a song and the DJ used the guest phone (he should have had the song available with his equipment). In addition, she stated that nobody complained about the DJ's ability to speak but there was never a response to anything he announced and we had already gone over that with him prior to the event.

It is very unfortunate how a venue can make our happy day a sad one. We only get married once and there's no redo. I would hate for any other couple to endure such a mediocre service. At the end I understood that the venue is in business for money and have no interest in contributing toward brightening a wedding.
