We had Pizzeria Verita cater our wedding for a Friday night welcome party for 100 guests, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park!! 6 stars out of 5 would recommend, you cannot beat the entire package they are offering: Sara is incredibly communicative and made the planning part a breeze, the culinary team are consummate professionals and kept the pizzas coming all night, and the pizza...OMG IT IS YUM. You cannot beat the value for money!! Honestly the Pizzeria Verita catering for our Friday event ended up being better tasting than our more formal dinner for our Saturday wedding event. Hire them!!

Pizzeria Verita Mobile Oven provided outstanding service for our wedding rehearsal! From the start, their team impressed us with their prompt email responsiveness and flexibility in planning. They worked with us to create a menu that was a perfect fit for our event while staying within our budget, showing genuine consideration for our needs.

Many of our guests were blown away by the food, with several saying, "When you said pizza, we thought it would just be regular pizza boxes, but this is ARTISAN!" Every dish—from the appetizers to the salads, pizza, and cake—was a huge hit.

Despite the stormy weather challenges of the weekend, their crew handled everything with professionalism and grace. Everything was right on time and good vibes all around. We couldn’t have been happier with their service. We’re so glad we chose Pizzeria Verita Mobile Oven for our rehearsal dinner.

We hired Pizzeria Verita to cater our July 2024 wedding and it was one of the best wedding planning decisions we made! The food was made with the freshest, high-quality ingredients, and garnered compliments from our guests throughout the night. Sara, who we worked with on planning the night, was highly responsive and flexible; ensuring that our wedding night went off without a hitch. From recommending food quantities, to problem solving obscure allergies among our guests, to accommodating my request for our app’s to be bite-sized, she is a pro at what she does. We were so happy with the service, value, and flavor provided by Pizzeria Verita and couldn’t recommend them more!

All I can do is heap praise on Verita's team. They just catered our backyard wedding this past Saturday and I have been WILDLY impressed the entire time. Their coordinator, Sara, was incredibly responsive and communicative from the time we requested a quote right up until our wedding day. We had an estimate and site visit done and our date booked within about three days of contacting them. I never had any concerns or worries, Sara made sure everything was set. As far as day of goes, I can do nothing but gush about it. They backed everything up into our narrow driveway, set up in the perfect spot to have everything easily accessible (including putting a table up on our deck for appetizers), and it was a completely seamless and worry free experience. I had to do nothing except pop down the stairs and thank them. Setup, cooking, and pacing was perfection and everything was served beautifully (including an antipasti board that was a work of art). Our guests loved the food, and the team packed up a ton of leftovers. Not only that, the team was so fun, and absolutely lovely to interact with. AND it was a very competitive and affordable cost, especially considering the quality of food and level of service you get. I can't recommend them enough. (Also, side note - they are SO good about food allergies!) 10/10 would hire again!

We've always loved going to Verita for dinner so we were ecstatic to have them cater our wedding and they did such an amazing job. They were so communicative and helpful throughout the whole planning process to help us make everything work for all our dietary needs (I have celiac and we had a lot of people who needed gluten-free and/or dairy-free dinners and the Verita team went above and beyond to prepare and serve the food in a way that was safe and delicious for everyone). The staff at the wedding was all on top of it and so friendly. They even boxed up the leftovers for guests to grab on the way to their back to their rooms, they cut and plate our cakes for us AND they did this all in the rain. I can't recommend the Pizzeria Verita Mobile Oven & Catering enough!

We hired Pizzeria Verita's mobile pizza oven for our welcome party and are SO glad that we did! We communicated with Sara leading up to the event who was so responsive, flexible, and really helped us ensure that our welcome event not only met but exceeded our expectations! The staff arrived early to set up and kept the food stocked and left us with some food after they were done cooking for guests who arrived late. We are so thankful we got to work with Pizzeria Verita!
