Great & Fun Wedding Food—Very Allergy Friendly!
We've always loved going to Verita for dinner so we were ecstatic to have them cater our wedding and they did such an amazing job. They were so communicative and helpful throughout the whole planning process to help us make everything work for all our dietary needs (I have celiac and we had a lot of people who needed gluten-free and/or dairy-free dinners and the Verita team went above and beyond to prepare and serve the food in a way that was safe and delicious for everyone). The staff at the wedding was all on top of it and so friendly. They even boxed up the leftovers for guests to grab on the way to their back to their rooms, they cut and plate our cakes for us AND they did this all in the rain. I can't recommend the Pizzeria Verita Mobile Oven & Catering enough!
