Wow! I cannot express how much I love the Meadowlark. We had an amazing wedding. It is such a professional, beautiful, and well-kept venue. The manager, Gina, is amazing and is such a hard worker. She is willing to do whatever you need. The venue is amazing for an outdoor or an indoor wedding. It is only a few minutes from hotels. It has plenty of parking. I definitely suggest the Meadowlark.

1. This venue tells you like it is. They have no hidden fees, no additional charges to use bridal and groom room, tablecloths, etc. If you've done enough wedding venue searches, you know that these things are a rare find.

2. Gina Crawford is AMAZING! She takes the stress of planning a wedding and all the details of venue usage and helps you problem solve the little details so you don't have to be stressed or worried.

3. The venue has 6-8 movable shiplap walls (8 x 7ft) that can transform the room! USE THEM!!

4. You can bring outside vendors. C'MON NOW!!! If everything else didn't convince you to book this venue, this should!

I have no idea where to begin but with the Meadowlark Event Center. When my fiancé and I walked into this venue for the first time we were greeted by a very happy and wonderful women Gina. She gave us a toured and answered all of our questions. We left and we had no doubt that this was our venue. We booked the venue. We had meetings with Gina and our relationship with Gina was like she was a long time family friend. Covid happened and we decided we were going to push our wedding back to protect our love ones so we did. Gina worked with us to pick another perfect date! So we chose 7/31/21. Gina never lost contact with us was always willing to answer our calls and text had wonderful ideas for us and dealt with our crazy family. Gina was apart of our day and with out her our day would have never happened! I love that she offered us a decor package it made it 100% easier and less stressful! She contacted us and made us feel at ease. Our day came and left and let me tell you The Meadowlark Event Center did not disappoint our families and guest ranted and raved how beautiful our venue was. Also, everyone thought Gina was family and from that day she did become apart of our family and her daughter! Her daughter was our bartend and she was just amazing as Gina was! We will definitely stay in contact with Gina! And if we ever have another event it will be at The Meadowlark because it’s apart of us forever! Don’t second guess this beautiful venue and don’t second guess Gina she’s amazing! Thank you Gina for making our day amazing!
