The Martinsborough was the perfect venue for our wedding reception! Our wedding was at a church downtown so it was the perfect spot just a few blocks over. There was plenty of room for everyone to have a seat while still having a sizable space for a dance floor. It was beautifully decorated and perfectly spaced out. We also had the added bonus of not having to worry about weather since it was all inside! We loved every moment spent celebrating in that special space!

Allison with the Martinsborough is wonderful to work with! She has great ideas and contacts to help you in planning your event. I had my wedding reception at the Martinsborough and it was everything I expected plus more. The staff is wonderful. I heard so many compliments about the food, saying it was the best food they ever had at a wedding. Allison's catering and the Martinsborough is highly recommended!

The Martinsborough is a beautiful setting for any occasion. There is no need for a lot of decorations because it is already eloquent. The Wilkes' are very accommodating and will do whatever possible to make the event exactly what you want it to be. The catering service was exceptional and the food was simply fantastic. I would recommend the Martinsborough without reservations to anyone for any occasion.

The Martinsborough Room is a beautiful reception site in downtown Greenville. Everyone loved the venue and enjoyed themselves. It was comfortable and accomodated all my needs. Allison is great to work with and made everything so easy for me throughout the whole planning process.

Arthur and Michael did an absolutely amazing job as our caterers for our wedding reception. Our venue didn't have staff, any dishware, or really even a kitchen so we were required to find our own caterers. This made me a bit nervous as I had never worked with a caterer in this area before. After going through vendors in the area and finding none that even really wanted to work with us or provide a quality meal, we fortunately came across Scarborough Faire's website and fell in love with the look and sound of their services. We setup an appointment and after meeting with them we knew that we were going to have the best wedding food ever.
They provide an elegant twist on traditional "Midwest food", as we had chicken and beef, but they were nothing like your typical chicken and beef. The meal was amped up traditional food, but nothing so different that people were scared to try the food, just simply high quality melt in your mouth food.
They provided all of our wait staff, linens, dishware, silverware, glasses, bartenders, our wedding cake and even a pie buffet (which everyone loved having something different as homemade pies!) We are literally still getting compliments on how amazing the food was and that it was the "best wedding food ever".
And for such quality food we were thinking the price would be outrageous, however it was the same or even less than some vendors in the area who do not provide even half the service and quality that Arthur and Michael do at Scarborough Faire catering. They were so helpful with knowing exactly what we wanted and putting everything together so that we didn't have to do a thing on wedding day. They took care of everything and it made for a truly elegant night with the most incredible food ever!
