Conveniently located in the heart of downtown High Point, The LOFT at Congdon Yards (located in the Factory building of the Congdon Yards campus), offers multiple uniquely designed spaces to accommodate events of varying sizes and styles. Once a hosiery mill, the Factory building dates back to the early 20th century and has been mindfully updated for current event needs while still keeping the classic architectural elements, such as warm wood plank floors, timber columns and original brick. You can feel the impact of this building’s history the moment you step through its doors.
