I fell in love with this venue the first time so saw it. There’s not much extra decorating you need to do to this place because it’s already gorgeous by itself. Billie, the venue coordinator, was an absolute joy to work with from start to finish! Please put this venue on your list to go see - the pictures don’t do it justice!! Couldn’t have imagined having my wedding anywhere else!! -

We got married here this summer and it was a lovely venue. It is truly hard to find a venue of this size in the Triad area and the quality of the this venue stands out. The price is fair given that they have many rentals in house to use. The bartenders that were there were very kind as well. Billie also was very pleasant to work with. The renovations to the space are beautiful. -

My daughters dream come true....
I thought this would be an easy review but I am struggling. It is hard to put into words how a total wedding experience could be this perfect. The venue alone is phenomenal. The historical esthetic beauty combined with the versatile and spacious rooms provide unlimited creative possibilities for any event, especially a wedding. With this venue, we were able to have our daughter’s wedding ceremony for 250+ guests with much space left over as well as having the reception area set and ready to go as soon as the ceremony was complete. A service elevator, kitchen prep space, luxurious bride and groom lounges, and a special guest lounge made this experience a dream for everyone who is involved in making an event happen. Located in the heart of downtown High Point, The Loft is easily accessible and parking to suit the largest of events.
As magical as this venue is, the true icing on the cake, is the lady in charge…Ayesha Oglesby. Her official title is Event Sales Manager. However, this lady is a God-send to the whole event process. Her welcoming personality and her professional expertise creates the atmosphere of family. She is a problem solver with a wealth of solutions and a breath of fresh air during what can be the most hectic of events, as is the nature of wedding planning. Simply convey to her your vision and she will make it happen. Not only can she make it happen, she will digitally show you the finished product before it happens. Her compassion and honesty matched with ability to noninvasively tweek many good ideas into great outcomes make Ayesha and her staff, second to none.
You will be uncertain and even question many decisions you make during the wedding planning process. Choosing Ayesha and the Loft at the Factory will not be one of them. -

We were the first couple to have our wedding in this beautiful venue on November 2, 2019!!! From the outside to the inside we were lost for words.
Although we were going through many of the construction, Ayesha ensured us that the venue would be perfect for our day and she didn't let us down! It was everything and more! We were able to have our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception in different rooms which allowed all of our vendors to move freely for setup and breakdown. Our guests entered each different room amazed at the transition. We also have amazing suites for both the bride and groom. My bridal suite showcased vanity mirrors (every girl's dream) along the open brick wall with amazing furniture and of course a refrigerator :). We were right next to the bathroom which will make you just want to have a mini photo shoot in that space as well as the men's bathroom. The groom's suite was stunning with a fridge, TV, beautiful furniture that gives you a complete classic gentlemen look.
I truly loved that this venue allows each couple to put their own spin to it because of it's beautiful industrial look. Three words that described my wedding was simple, classy and elegant and this venue not only did all three but enhanced it like no other.
I'm so grateful Ayesha!!! Thank you for making our day one we will never forget!

What an amazing venue this was! Not only was the venue beautiful, but Ayesha was wonderful to work with! She was personable and caring and we felt we had known her for years by the wedding day. She responded quickly to our emails or messages and was always willing to help out in any way possible. She has great ideas and insight with this venue and worked diligently with us to get our ideas worked out as well as giving us great advice when we needed it. She is a very hard worker and is committed to her job in making the families feel supported and important. Would work with Ayesha again anytime in the future. You will not regret having any function held here in the Loft at Plant Seven. All employees here were great to work with! -

Anniversary/50th Birthday Party
My husband and I host social events all of the time. This experience with working with Ayeshia, coupled with the glamour of Loft at Plant Seven, was definitely the best. From beginning to end, Ayeshia made sure our planning process was stress-free. The day of the event, everything flowed without one single flaw! We had over 200 guests at our event and they are still texting or calling talking about how extravagant the venue (Loft at Plant Seven) was. We definitely won't be looking for any other venues or management teams to work with for future events..... We are now permanently connected to Ayeshia and Loft at Plant Seven! And we are referring EVERYONE we know there! -

She was so accommodating and helpful to ensure our vision would be executed, as we had no idea how to accomplish our vision. Ayesha met with us countless times, sharing her expertise, which gave us a sense of security at a very stressful time. She as well as her staff Jerry, went above and beyond the call of duty, especially the week of our wedding. This breathtaking venue paired with the manger Ayesha, allowed us to have our fairytale wedding. We are forever grateful ❤️

Virginia Sent on 09/13/2018The Lofts are Union Square is a dream come true for a creative bride! It’s a beauty grand space with endless possibilities. The moment you step off the elevator the space wow’s you! We had an amazing experience working with Ayesha, she is so knowledgeable on weddings and vendors. We booked way in advance and were very pleased to see many upgrades within the venue by the time our event took place. The bridal suite and Grooms room were both completely refinished and were perfect! My only negative feedback was issues with air conditioning. I gave the feedback to the venue and I hope they are able to iron those issues out for other clients. Everything else about the venue was wonderful! You just can’t go wrong with this space!

The huge windows surrounding the entire venue were amazing and provided the best light! We never had to worry about the weather because even if we had a rainy/stormy day, there would be so much natural light it wouldn't matter. And what made this venue even more amazing was Ayesha and her team!! Ayesha helped us with so many details and really knew how to make our wedding day perfect! We chose to hire Ayesha as our day of coordinator for our wedding day and it was one of the best decisions we made! She doesn't let any details go unnoticed and she really knew how to make our wedding day is stress free. If you're looking for the perfect venue, look no further!!

The dramatic entrance of riding an elevator to The Loft on the 4th floor makes you so eager to see what awaits you when you step off the elevator. The moment you step off the elevator, you are welcomed with beautiful stonework flooring, tray ceilings, water fountains, iron gates, and impressive hallways that lead to the main event in the large hall. This area greets you with ceiling to floor windows and impressively high industrial ceilings. The sun setting on the horizon is one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. Once the sun goes down you are welcomed with the beautiful lights of downtown High Point. This venue is a must see!! -

I am the 2nd bride in the new space 😍! I kept this little secret to myself as I have had my eye on this venue since it was called “Union Square” ! What I love about this space is it’s a blank canvas that you make into YOUR vision! I started early and was very hands on from the start. Ayesha, is amazing as she is why I choose this place very welcoming and helpful as she has been in this business over 20 years. The only complaint I have is the day before my wedding as I was coming in for my rehearsal, I was bombarded with the fact that the police showed up the day before and announced I couldn’t serve my liquor. I was upset.We still ended up making everything work but that put me in a mood because I felt it made me look a certain way and I had just buried my grandmother that Tuesday before the wedding.they apologized for the inconvenience but overall the experience was great ! Thank you for making “The Covington’s” have an experience of a lifetime! -
