We recently got married on Lake Orta and our entire event was planned by Sally, "The Lake Orta Wedding Planner". From our initial emails when we were at the start of our wedding planning journey Sally was absolutely wonderful, she gave us a very clear idea of costs which other planners weren't quite so transparent about without us commiting to visits before even being able to decide if we were starting with a realistic budget. This was one of the main reasons we decided to work with Sally, another big factor was that she's English but speaks Italian so we knew our ideas wouldn't be lost in translation. This was a decision that we never looked back on, Sally was so responsive to emails and would get back quickly with any answers to my questions and quotes, even during the low season and guided us through the legal documentation process as well as offering us suggestions and ideas. All the vendors Sally used were wonderful and delivered everything we asked for and more, our flowers were amazing, the musicians and DJ were brilliant, photographers were entertaining and captured the essence of the day, and the food (one of the reasons we chose Italy for our wedding) was out of this world. We had the absolute best wedding and our 50 guests had an amazing time and many were quoted as saying "this is the best wedding we've been to", "how did you find such a beautiful location" and "your wedding planner is amazing". And that final quote is seconded by my husband and I, Sally made sure we had no worries on our special day, and if there were any hiccups (which I don't think there was) we knew nothing about them and could just enjoy every moment. Sally has most definitely become part of our family and I'll miss our email conversations.
