The Irish Cultural Center & McClelland Library is a banquet hall wedding venue located in Phoenix, Arizona. If you are seeking a charming wedding venue with all the trappings of an authentic Irish wedding, then you are in luck here.
Facilities and Capacity
From the outside, the happy couple and their guests are greeted by a majestic stone-wall structure that features architectural throwbacks to another time and place. Its windows, arched and glinting in the sunlight, provide a romantic touch.
All around, a paved patio area known as the Heritage Courtyard is cobbled together with faintly-colored pink and green bricks. Here, the wedding party are afforded a beautiful setting for enjoying cocktails or perhaps some al fresco hors d’oeuvres. When this space is set up with deck chairs and round tables, it also provides ample room for an outdoor ceremony. Fairy lights can be strewn across the yard to add a touch of color to the scene. In the Heritage Courtyard, a maximum of 300 people can relax and mingle in comfort, meaning you can tailor the space to suit your needs - whether you want a big or small celebration. Of course, it is most ideal for an outdoor ceremony - you and your significant other can make your union official as throngs of loved ones watch on.
Inside the Great Hall, as many as 120 people can be accommodated. The exposed wooden beams, basin-shaped hanging lights, and natural light through the colorful stained-glass windows all combine to create a light and refreshing environment. Tables and chairs can be easily arranged here for the wedding party to mix and mingle. Large enough to accommodate an extravagant celebration, it can also be easily rearranged to suit a more low-key affair.
Several other spaces are also available to rent at The Irish Cultural Center & Mclelland Library. The Cottage, Norton Boardroom, Conference Room, and half a dozen other rooms provide more event space.
The Irish Cultural Center & McClelland Library is an amazing wedding venue in and of itself, however, its proximity to the local Japanese Garden lends it yet more stunning appeal. Here, the newlywed couple can take a romantic stroll amongst nature as they take a moment to bask in their newfound married life.

Beautiful space and reasonably priced
You hire all your own vendors which makes it more flexible. Venue includes tables, chairs, bartender, open or cash bar options, security, set up and take down, and wooden hand made arch (brother in law make it for my wedding and donated it to the venue).Sent on 08/02/2019
