Nikki runs The Hair Factory and does an amazing job. She responds right away to phone calls and even checks in to make sure your appointments are set up correctly. We did a trial run for the bridal hair and at first I didn't like it so she took the time to mess with it until it was perfect. This cost half the price of the up do on the day of the wedding. There are two chairs at The Hair Factory, so while Nikki was doing my hair, her co-worker was doing some of my bridesmaids'. The styles done by Nikki looked better and were exactly what we asked whereas the other girl didn't understand what my bridesmaids wanted as well. Whoever wasn't getting their hair done at the moment got to use the space in the rest of the salon to do our makeup and nails, so we were very happy with that. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and would recommend The Hair Factory to any bride.
