The Golf Club at Copper Valley is a full-service venue with custom-made menus created by the executive chef and catering team, along with overnight accommodations for your guests in their charming Bungalows.
Facilities and Capacity
The Golf Club at Copper Valley can accommodate up to 160 guests. The Club offers ceremonys on the Green, cocktail hour on the Terrace with lake and foothills view, and outdoor or indoor receptions in the Grandview Room that includes a dance floor. We also offer 16, 2-bedroom, 2-bath Bungalows for overnight stays, as well as a private Bungalow for the Bridal Suite.

Perfect country casual wedding venue!
The Golf Club at Copper Valley turned out to be the perfect venue for our small wedding. We only had 25 people so didn't need the large room. Our wedding ceremony was outside on the patio with a beautiful view of the golf course and reception was indoors. Christina was our event planner, she planned everything down to the minute! I couldn't have done it without her and made our special day go perfectly without a glitch. Everything we needed was there, food, drinks, everything. Thank you to Mike for officiating our ceremony. The whole experience was amazing. Nothing but beautiful memories.

Absolutely perfect wedding weekend
Beautiful venue, great location, lovely staff, delicious food and affordable. We had the best wedding weekend at The Golf Club at Copper Valley. The Event Coordinator, Christina Germolus is amazing, she was very helpful in planning and preparation, very responsive to calls, texts and emails, she stayed organized and on top of every detail. The bungalows are beautiful, comfortable and clean. The hotel is just a short drive down the road for other guests staying in town. My husband and his friends are golfers so they golfed Friday and Saturday. You have to use the restaurant for your food but the food was delicious, everyone loved the dinner served and we got to taste the menu before booking. We also provided breakfast Sunday morning for our wedding party from the restaurant, that was convenient and delicious. We looked into a few venues and we found The Golf Club at Copper Valley was really affordable. They offer tables, chairs, linens, set up, breakdown, day of coordination, local vendor contact list, etc. Christina and her staff really made our experience special. We had the best day and we highly recommend having your wedding here.

Wonderful day I’ll never forget
I got married during the height of Covid during the California fire season. Copper Valley was a great location to have a wedding not only because the venue was beautiful and the food was wonderful but our wedding of 125 guest were able to stay in the bungalows which are little two bedroom, two bath homes walking distance from the venue and the Gateway Hotel in Copperopolis Town Square. Fun Fact-The town square is an exact replica from the movie set location of the movie Back to the Future. These bungalows are usually occupied by golfers looking to come from out of town. Nobody had to drink and drive. Our wedding was in Sept 2021 Labor Day weekend.
We are steak snobs and worked with the chef to bring in prime cuts of filet mignon, and did a custom surf and turf menu. They bent over backwards to help us with every detail, and it was very stress-free.
Thank you Copper Valley. We just celebrated our two year anniversary at the club for dinner there and it was just a blessing to be back and have such warm memories there.
