Hotel Wedding Venues in Northern New Jersey

Gorgeous venue and Patrice the catering manager was lovely to work with every step of the way.

I got married Jan 6th 2018 on the coldest day of the year! Following few days it was 50*, go figure. Anyway, I had an enormous amount of people from out of town attending our wedding, we live locally and the Hyatt in Morristown offered a room rate block for 2 nights! Typically I find hotels offer night of the wedding, but they were able to provide that rate for fri before the wedding as well! This was amazing for my guests who were staying a few days. Not to mention Morristown has alot to offer out of town guests and public transportation to NYC! I worked with Sarah and Karina and they were both LOVELY! Always accessible and always kept in touch. I had my room block fill up 3 times and asked for extensions each time. They were even accommodating when the dead line was over to help me find rooms for family and friends who procrastinated! I made gift bags for guests as they checked in (which was a hit)...the downstairs bar was a great place for us all to meet up in between events and breakfast the next morning was a nice way to end our wedding weekend! We did not do a sit down, we just paid as people woke up and came down that way people who wanted to be on their way could leave. Karina made the days leading up to my wedding stress free and kept me in the loop with check ins. Based on the amount of people who booked rooms I was able to snag a COMPLIMENTARY shuttle service to and from our wedding venue which was a HUGE plus! They also offer the bride and groom a complimentary studio suite night of the wedding with a bottle of champagne. Everything was great and most of all EASY! We even had our rehearsal dinner right across the street at Olive Lucy's so noone had to drive anywhere. You can read that review as well =)

We had a rehearsal event and wedding at the Hyatt Regency. We booked the Vu Restaurant for the rehearsal. The wedding ceremony and reception were in the ballroom. The guests were amazed by the view. Both nights, the service was great and the food was delicious. Melissa is super organized and executed our events without a hitch. She'll give you her honest assessment on the space and what other vendors will bring to the table.

From start to finish, they were genuinely awesome. They picked up napkins for our guests, packed all of our décor for us at the end , and always had water ready when we needed it. They even held our wedding suits and décor, which took a huge amount of stress off our plate. Every vendor they recommended was excellent, and the hotel itself was beautiful. The continental breakfast was a small thing, but it ended up being really helpful for our guests the next morning. The maître d deserves special mention; kind, seamless, and incredibly professional. Everything felt handled without ever feeling rushed or impersonal. There are honestly too many thoughtful details to list, but what stood out most was that they made us feel heard, valued, and respected throughout the entire process. We had a small, beautiful wedding this fall at Lulu’s. Ariel helped us through every step of the preparation process, and was there to manage everything at the wedding. She was beyond diligent and attentive in responding to our every question and need. The ceremony and reception were both lovely, and guests were all very happy with the service, the food, and the wedding cake. The hotel overall is a great venue, and all our guests were excited to be there. Our hotel room was also beautiful with a spectacular view. We had a wonderful experience.

We had a great experience using The Westin Governor Morris for our hotel block for our wedding! The pricing was reasonable, the communication was great, and they were very helpful throughout the entire process. My guests said the rooms were clean and hotel staff were very nice as well! The shuttle driver even called me to make sure he was not leaving me behind because I had to stay back at the venue and have a family member bring me to the hotel later! Everything was truly great and we're happy we chose The Westin.

We had an event at the venue for an college admitted students day and between the venue at Hilton Hasbrouck Heights and the AV George Hoffman, the event went off wonderfully! Excellent communication, service and pricing, will look to use in the future!

We had our wedding at EnVue and couldn’t have imagined a better experience. From the moment we first visited, we knew it was the one. The view of the Manhattan skyline created the most stunning backdrop for our day. Christopher was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. He was professional, kind, and easy to communicate with. He gave us a few thoughtful upgrades to our wedding package and never pressured us into anything we didn’t want which we appreciated. The rest of the staff on the wedding day were just as great. Attentive, and genuinely caring. Shoutout to the bartenders as some of our guests really enjoyed themselves. There were no major issues that hindered the evening and we were able to simply enjoy every moment with our family and friends. We also stayed for two nights in one of the suites, and it was the perfect space for getting ready and unwinding after the celebration. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful the views were with the perfect weather. Between the views, the service, and the overall experience, EnVue truly made our wedding weekend unforgettable.

Had an amazing wedding reception. Richard was the best event manager I have seen hands down. The venue was perfect and the staff was perfect to host. Could not be any more perfect!

My wife and I recently held our wedding at The Westin Jersey City, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience, especially thanks to the incredible support we received from Evgeniia, the Senior Catering Sales Executive. We had several key events, including our mendhi, haldi, sangeet, and brunch, all at the hotel, and had a large number of family and friends staying on-site. From the very beginning, Evgeniia went above and beyond to ensure every detail was handled seamlessly. When we initially hit a snag with our room block needing to be expanded, she worked tirelessly with management to secure the additional reservations we needed, eliminating the stress we felt when we thought we were out of luck. Her responsiveness, organization, and commitment to making sure our needs were met made a world of difference. Throughout the process, we made multiple changes to our schedule, room reservations, and event requirements, and every single time, Evgeniia handled them with grace and precision. She was always quick to address any concerns we had, no matter how small, and consistently went the extra mile to resolve any issues before they could escalate. A personal touch that meant the world to us was the handwritten notes and treats she left in our rooms upon arrival—it was clear that she truly cared about making our wedding special. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the venue and how smoothly everything was organized, and we know Evgeniia played a huge role in making that happen. Anyone fortunate enough to work with her at The Westin Jersey City is in excellent hands. We highly recommend her exceptional services!
