I contacted the Garland Guy two years ago regarding my son's wedding in Stowe, VT. The wedding was delayed a year due to COVID. But everything that I had discussed with The Garland Guy was still available. They were very easy to work with, and when the time (finally) came, they shipped the garlands, we had selected the seeded eucalyptus garlands and bunches of silver dollar eucalyptus, overnight. Everything was fresh and beautiful. We used the garlands as runners on the rustic farm tables at the venue and it was all just wonderful. Plus, the ballroom was filled with a soft, calming scent of eucalyptus. I highly recommend The Garland Guy and I know I will be ordering from them again, maybe for my holiday decor.

We were one of the couples who had to move our wedding three times due to COVID, and Dakota was super flexible and helpful in pushing out our order each time we needed to.

Dakota allowed us to adjusted the amount of feet of garland up to two weeks ahead of our wedding date, as we were solidifying guest count / table count and corresponding needs.

She also coordinated with our venue team to make sure that the eucalyptus garland arrived in a timely manner (we had our wedding in CA and she overnighted the garlands). And, it all looked beautiful!

Ordered greenery about 1 month prior to our wedding date, and everything showed up right on time, and looking very healthy! The ordering process was easy and the staff was helpful in ordering appropriate volumes of the different varieties we wanted. Easy to work with, good prices, and beautiful product.

The quality of garland was amazing! Ordered a week before, it was delivered so fast on the Thursday before our wedding and it was so great! It looked beautiful on our tables and was just what I was envisioning!

In all of the craziness of planning my wedding, I didn't even think about the wedding party table decor so two days before my wedding I finally realize the table needs something else. Dakota was an absolute lifesaver! I was able to order the garland on the Wednesday before my wedding and it arrived that Friday! It pulled all the decor together and made everything look absolutely beautiful. I can't thank them enough.

I was over the moon to find this company to decorate my wedding reception. Their work was beautiful and the price was fantastic!

Unfortunately there was an error on their end and I received someone else's order of just 4 feet of garland. I ordered 18 feet.....as one can imagine this was a huge issue as the garland was the center table runners for our reception and I had 100 stems of garden roses to put in the garland. With out the garland...our tables would be drab. In my frustration I asked the owner to work with a local florist and they can foot the difference as this was their error and I was told by the owner Dakota "No we won't do that" Which left me with zero table decorations.

So instead I had to pay an exorbitant amount to have rush completed the morning of my reception and I am so thankful for the local vendor in having a kind heart working all night to make sure my reception was beautiful. The Garland Guy's mistake caused several people stress and while they gave me a refund; they didn't do the right thing to fix it or make it right. Such a shame to have that mentality. So if I were someone ordering plan enough time in case your order is incorrect. Otherwise the piece of garland received was beautiful.
