My experience with Jenna was everything I could ask for in a vendor. I had an idea of what I wanted in my head but didn't know how to translate it into words. Somehow Jenna hit the nail on the head our first meeting. Her florals were absolutely stunning. Seeing her creations on my wedding day felt like Christmas morning. I cannot recommend her enough!!!!! Where do I even begin. How about if you’re reading this review, just go ahead and book Jenna. I was a Type A bride but couldn’t convey my vision very well. I had interviews with about 8 florists and wish I would have found Jenna faster. No one was understanding what I wanted but she gave me a vision board within the day that exceeded what I even imagined for our wedding. Jenna was so patient when I changed my mind a million times, helped me when I was indecisive, and worked well within our budget. She worked so well with our other vendors and went above and beyond what I was even expecting. She is also so real and shows her humanity and I think that’s so important especially in this age of being “perfect” on social media. She’s the kind of person I would want to be friends with outside of wedding planning. I will always remember how special she made our wedding and couldn’t recommend her enough!

Choosing a florist for our wedding felt super stressful to me. I really loved and cared about florals and decor and felt like they were instrumental to our wedding vision, but I was also super ignorant about everything flower and plant related. I kind of knew what I wanted and definitely knew what I did not like. Baughaus Florals was recommended by two people I trusted (photographer and wedding coordinator). As soon as I found Jenna’s work, I knew she was different. Her florals and designs are classic, but also fresh, unique and just stood out creatively. Jenna was a dream to work with the entire wedding. She asked super helpful questions and sent me examples of her work to help me define a vision for our wedding day. She was totally onboard with my request of incorporating a lot of live potted plants in with florals, and she created a moodboard that helped me relax and know she understood our vision.

The week of our Winter Park wedding, Hurricane Ian hit many parts of Florida, including the Orlando area. Jenna spent the day before the hurricane finding a generator for my wedding flowers and plants (not for her own home which was likely to lose power) so my florals would stay protected and cooled in case of a power outage at her studio. Beyond being the floral designer of my dreams, Jenna gave me the gift of feeling cared for and someone who fought for our dream wedding day to still happen days after a devastating storm. Jenna worked with me to stay within our budget and suggested what we could do to lower costs that wouldn’t detract from our vision.

The day of our wedding my fiance’s and my jaws literally dropped open seeing the final product of Jenna’s designs. So many of our guests told us they’ve never been to a more beautiful wedding - this is overwhelmingly because of Jenna. Jenna kept telling me she wanted to give me the wedding of my dreams, and my response after seeing everything was that she didn’t, she gave me a wedding far more beautiful than I asked for. I would honestly consider changing your wedding date if necessary if it meant getting to have Baughaus create your florals. I truly don’t think there is a more creative, talented or kinder floral designer. My husband and I are forever thankful to Jenna and her team.

Jenna is incredible! Flowers were definitely a top priority and the most exciting aspect to plan - and Jenna made floral dreams come true. Not only a creative and talented florist, but a caring and wonderful person behind the scenes. Jenna was such a joy to work with and truly cares about her clients and what they are looking for. Our day did not go as planned with a torrential downpour and a change in ceremony locations, but Jenna didn't blink an eye - she was rearranging and creating beauty in the unexpected circumstances - braving the rain and storms to make it all just a beautiful.
