My fiancé and I have hired Karen as a florist and also as our wedding planner. I just want to say that Karen is not only such a wonderful human being but has helped us with everything you can think of to make our special day spectacular. Day and night she has answered our texts, emails, and calls to help us with everything that we could possibly need. I can't imagine having a better person to work with and feel so blessed to have her as a part of our wedding! Will recommend her to absolutely EVERYONE that I know!

I did most of the planning for my wedding myself, and because my wedding was smaller (~30 people) and all outdoors, I didn't need many flowers - I thought this would mean finding a florist on my budget would be pretty simple. Unfortunately I was very mistaken on that - and found out many florists in CO will not consider projects under a certain budget. This lead to a lot of rejections, and the shops who were close to my budget would leave me waiting for a week or more at a time for a response. Basically - flowers became a very stressful part of my planning process.

I've used Thumbtack many times before for housework/electrical, etc, and thought it might be worth a try for a wedding florist. Luckily - Karen at Garden Path Co responded the same day, and was very attentive to what I wanted - all within my budget!

You probably need to be a bride to understand the relief it is when you find a great vendor - almost everything during planning increases or adds to your stress, and Karen immediately took so much stress off my plate. She got on the phone with me and spent over an hour of her time listening to what I wanted, making recommendations - and even gave me other great vendors to look at.

In my budget ($1500 and under), every florist refused to come up to my venue to set up - so I pretty much knew I was picking up my flowers and going to have to decorate myself. Karen offered to make the 2-3 hr drive to set them up myself so I wouldn't have to worry about it. Ultimately I didn't end up needing her to do that because a friend of mine offered to set the flowers up for me, but it was so appreciated she was willing to do that!

I also had wanted a floral garland for a wedding arch, and had been told that wasn't possible without paying for flower delivery and setup. I found myself trying to accept cutting out the wedding arch, flowers for my cake, and to tuck into my hair to try and cut back costs.

Garden Path worked with me to make sure I had extra flowers for my hair, they let me borrow their wildflower vases at no extra cost (everyone else was charging $10+ per vase rental ontop of the flower costs), and they made me a beautiful garland for my arch and supplies to hang it up myself. This worked out perfectly, and my friend was able to hang up the garland with just some nails and garden wire the morning of the wedding.

The flowers the day of were so beautiful and really brought the wedding together - it was mountain wildflower inspired, and the mix of wildflowers and beautiful arrangements were the perfect touch to our outdoor wedding. I am so happy with how it turned out, and really can't thank Karen enough for making my vision come true without having to compromise!

Karen at Garden Path Co. was not only our florist but our wedding planner. Her flowers were absolutely beautiful and she got my vision for the wedding completely on the dot! So beautiful! She also had great connections to other vendors that we ended up using on our wedding day.

She was so amazing from the moment we met her to even after our wedding day! She was very flexible and very detail oriented and she knew our venue very well which really took the stress and pressure off of myself, my fiancé and our families.
She understood our vision and truly went above and beyond on the decorations, adding little touches that made a huge difference. I had a ton of DIY things I made and she ensured they were all set and placed how we had imagined them and incorporated everything torgegher to look stunning.
Karen is responsive, knowledgeable and accommodating. She took over vendor contracts and organization, made sure everyone was on the same page and smoothed out any kinks that came up. Not only is she an expert in planning and logistics but her calm, sweet and caring demeanor kept us level headed.
On the wedding day she kept everything running smoothly and on schedule so we were able to enjoy the wedding and the planning because we could depend on her. You can tell she really has a passion for weddings and for people celebrating one of the biggest days of our lives and we're so glad we got to work with her. We would recommend her to anyone who needs a wedding planner and/or a florist!

We could not have been more pleased with her service, her designs, and her personable approach to working with the bride and mom (me). I would highly, highly recommend working with Karen to anyone! In addition, the cost of the flowers and the day-of coordinating was very reasonable, and during our initial walk-through at the venue, she made suggestions that actually saved us a lot of money! Karen is the best florist and wedding planner around! Our flowers were gorgeous, our decorations were gorgeous, and she was SO helpful!! We met with her twice before the wedding, and each time we had changed our minds on something, and Karen accommodated us! She helped with our guestbook, our unity candles, our jingle bells (which we used as a send off), and even served as our wedding coordinator! She did a spectacular job not only with our flowers and decorations, but she led our rehearsal and kept everything running smoothly. She kept the wedding day on schedule and she even dealt with the problems that arose at the wedding. I can't say enough good things about Karen and The Garden Path. We will be using her for ALL our florist needs!

Karen and Garden Path Co. didn't just do my flowers but primarily my wedding planning before and day-of - and let me tell you, SHE WAS AWESOME. I planned my wedding from another state and Karen helped keep me on track and was always in touch with where I was at and what needed to be done. She was professional but really sweet and I trusted her a lot. So then comes the walkthrough, the day after I arrived in CO, and she completely put my mind at ease. She just knew what to do, knew how to run the show, and I believed that she would be able to pull all the strings on the wedding day. At the rehearsal, I had been crying all morning and was just not in a good way, and Karen took their reins yet again and made it so that I didn't have to do any work or direct anyone without her help and knowledge. After that came the wedding, and I was just thrilled all day. No stress, except for one tiny moment when we were rushing at the end of pictures/cocktail hour. Other than that, I felt free as a bird and knew that my wedding day was in great hands with Karen. Moreover, the flowers were PERFECT down to the tiniest detail! It was a fantastic day and I know that this was largely in part to Karen's awesome talent for wedding planning, and I LOVED having her!
