Flowers are a very important part of every brides wedding. This company can most definitely make your wedding experience a great one! My wedding was simply breath taking! My flowers were just gorgeous.

It was wonderful to receive my cut flowers from this vendor. I ordered the flowers about six months before our wedding, and they were to delivered two days before our wedding, so that I would have time to rehydrate them (so the roses and carnations ordered would bloom fully), and I would be able to tie them in the boquets. They arrived at just after ten in the morning, as shown on the Fed Ex website. They were packaged very well, and arrived in beautiful shape. Of the nearly 350 flowers I ordered, I belive that I was unable to use less than ten, for one reason or another. The colors were matched and as expected, the flowers were beautiful, and I could not be happier.

I ordered the flowers in bulk from the flower exchange. I was kind of worried because i didn't have a confirmation and they are a little bit hard to get a hold of. If you call the number you get the answering machine all the time and i still have yet to have them call me back.
If you have any creativity at all and have the time and patience. I highly recommend doing the flowers yourself. They came out so beautiful! They recommend ordering them two days before. If i had it to do again i would have had them delivered the day before. A few of the flowers looked kinda sick but i just ripped off 2-3 petals and it was ok.
You can't be one of the brides that has to have everything perfect though, i already knew from the start that if something went wrong w/the flowers i either wasn't going to have any or i was going to run to the grocery store and buy whatever they had :) Everything turned out very pretty! And for about a fourth of the cost.

We decided to go the DIY route for flowers to save on our budget. Theflowerexchange.com had one flower that I specifically wanted: A deep purple hydrangea. I couldn't find it anywhere else. I spoke with David on both LiveChat and over the phone about my wants. He assured me that the color swatch was very accurate. So I ordered a ton of them. I also ordered my bouquet flowers from them, Vemeer and Deep purple cala lilies.
The flowers all arrived on Thursday, my wedding was on Saturday. My mom called me freaking out at the condition they were in. A lot of the hydrangeas were smashed, but more importantly they were almost all BLUE. I called the company right away and spoke with David again (I think he is the only customer service rep they have lol!!), he asked that I send them some pictures as proof. I did. After a few hours I heard back from him saying that he was just told ALL of the hydrangeas coming in right now are that color. O_o He also assured me that the flowers would darken and poof back out once in water. This was true, thank God.
David was able to get me a 50% refund on the hydrangeas, which was greatly appreciated. My main beef with the company right now is that if they new the flowers were the wrong color, why would they still send them out? Why not contact the customer ahead of time and see if they could send some different purple flowers or something, you know? Maybe they thought I was color blind.
The cala lillies were kind of a mess too. The Vemeer ones all arrived in perfect condition, but the purple batch had several flowers that were split down the middle or had blatant holes in the petals. I'd say around 25% of the purple lilies had to be tossed. I contacted customer service again about that, but there were no apologies this time. I'd say if you're ordering lilies, order considerably more than you think you'll use, especially the minis. They were not kidding when they call them minis!
All in all, I was happy with the flowers. The centerpieces were the completely wrong color, but nobody noticed and they were very pretty still.
