Ralph Rios isn't a florist - he is an artist! His floral arrangements set the tone of the ceremony and for the reception. He has never disappointed me with is creativity and design aesthetics. I've used he for the past 16-17 years for flowers. They were the crowning pieces for our big day and they were all stunning and gorgeous! He ALWAYS DOES A FABULOUS JOB!!

Ralph and the Flower Bucket was amazing!! couldn't have been happier. Ralph's creativity and flexibility sets him above the rest. His team is amazing!! Ralph brought out a sample bouquet of what he thought I might like and I loved it so much I set my wedding colors based on the colors of the bouquet. Gorgeous, elegant, and classic. 10 out 10!!

Ralph at the Flower Bucket is AMAZING. Ralph knew that the flowers were very important to me, but so was the budget. He worked hand in hand with me to design something that I liked. He knew I wanted a very specific color of flower so when it wasn't that color in the test run, he had me come out to the shop a week before the wedding. Together we came up with a new idea that was even better than the original! Everything from start to finish was amazing and the flexibility and attention to detail from Ralph and team was second to none. He made what could have been a very stressful situation (changing flowers COMPLETELY a week before the wedding), into an amazing experience - the flowers looked better than I could have ever imagined. They worked with me to create some great colors for my wedding. I wanted tropical colors and flowers that were in season, and I didn't want to spend a fortune. They did a fantastic job, it was done on time, and exceeded my expectations. What more could you want in a wedding vendor?

I'll be upfront about the fact that flowers were not a big priority for either of us, by a long shot, so take this review for what it is. We didn't want much, but we got exactly what we wanted.

Because we didn't care much for flowers, we only got 1 bride's bouquet, 3 smaller bridesmaid's bouquets, corsages for the two moms, and flower petals for the aisle. $200 for the flower petals were a bit of a splurge, I admit. We did research internet sources for flower petals, but it actually wouldn't have been any cheaper.

I saw a bouquet on their website that I liked much better than any other bouquet I'd seen, so we actually had to coordinate very little during the planning phase. The shop is easier to contact over the phone than over email, mostly because when we first contacted them their email inbox was full of resumes for an open position, and was rejecting new emails.

The bouquets and everything else were delivered on time (early in fact!). They came out beautifully, and when I saw my bouquet again at the end of the night they were still beautiful and healthy looking.

The flower arrangements exceeded my expectations. Just beautiful!

The Flower Bucket is by the the WORST wedding vendor, business, staff and quality of product I have encountered to date. They did NOT follow the flowers discussed and signed for on the contract. The flowers were wilted and looked like they were picked from a bush. The customer service is HORRIBLE. They do not stand behind their product and are not willing to amend for their mistakes. The owner is some hidden mystery man that does not take calls to resolve his customer's concerns - I guess when you have that type of leadership you can't expect much more from the managers or workers. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO WITH THE FLOWER BUCKET. Unethical, bad quality, and do not abide by the written contract of items paid for and agreed upon. I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Ralph (in Austin), Samantha (store manager in Austin), and Sara (customer relations manager who is not even located in Austin) - again, they all refused to even provide me with the owner's name. Something really fishy going on there.
