The chair covers and sashes were perfect! They came and set up early, everything was done well and the price was great!

Carole did an awesome job making our wedding reception site look beautiful. We rented seat covers along with sashes from her. Adding the covers and bows really finish off thr room. We also ordered the swag from Carole and her and her team set it up and looked absolutely perfect. Carole and her team went over and beyond helping turn the plain ball room into a dream ball room. Since We had nice wedding for our wedding,she turned patio into a cozy, inviting place for our guests to enjoy. We would recommend Finishing Touch to our family and friends.

We used The Finishing Touch (familiar with Ahern and the Pavilion at St. Clarence) for our chair covers, table runners, and decorating – they did fabric/white lights around the bar and stage, white lights on the deck, a white candle arrangement in the fireplace, and set up our centerpieces (I diy’ed these). They truly made the reception look magical! They were really easy to work with and Gail and Carolyn are very friendly and helpful. We added the decorating of the head table a few days before, which they did not end up doing (not sure why, but not a big deal) and I have emailed about a refund for that. Their prices for chair covers are the best. I was happy we chose them – the white fabric/lights made it truly “rustic elegant.”

AWFUL! I had asked finishing touch to press chair covers for my July wedding. The owner asked to meet at her boyfriends home and when we arrived she was not there after calling and waiting for 15 minutes no answer we left and 5 mins later received a call back. She took a look at our chair covers said she would be happy to do them and we set up a pick up time. The pick up time and place was changed and then when we went to put them on they were wrinkled and nothing had been done to them. We called her multiple times and had many conversations with her. She was blaming it on us and would not even go look at them to see how they looked. Our venue coordinator even told us she would ask for our money back because they were so awful! We didn't ask for a full
Refund but would have been happy with half she has ignored us, hung up on us and been extremely
Rude when trying to work it out. I would never ever use this company! They do not appreciate your business and once they have your money they are not willing to work with you! Please give someone else your hard earned dollar- they don't deserve it!

***LONG POST ALERT***

Never in my life dealing with any company for any service this is by far the worst.

We originally scheduled an appointment to meet with them. I did have to reschedule due to a death in the family. So we show up for our rescheduled date and time to their office. We waited for 30 minutes and the never showed. After calling them multiple times we finally got an answer. They were out of town! So being understanding to the fact that these things happen we reschedule another appointment.
We show up for our new time. Wait for 15 minutes because they no showed us again! We called them many times, we finally got an answer. They were out to dinner and loss track of time.
I was ready to move on from them at this point but my fiancé wanted to give them another shot. So we scheduled time for a phone call to see when we can finally meet. They call and hour late of our scheduled time. We schedule ANOTHER appointment.
They finally show!! We make our plans and they agree to discount a certain number of their rentals. The following day they send me an invoice to layout what we talked about. None of the discounted services were listed. She then says that some of the things she didn't agree to.
We go through with them anyway and put down a deposit.
I decided to follow up with them because I had some concerned about our design. I email them 4 times never heard back. So I call. They basically said they saw it, but just didnt answer.They basically just ignored them. So I email my concerns to them and my concerns for my wedding day and them showing up. So they emailed me scheduling to talk at 5pm.
Caroline doesn't call me until 7pm my with an apology for her tardiness just excuses. She says she doesn't understand why I am following up. How about because my wedding is months away. She was so rude just had excuses. She told me she couldn't work with me! I gave them seven chances we gave them to redeem themselves. This shows that they cannot be trusted.
