Words will never be able to describe this Mother of the Bride’s GRATEFUL HEART and COMPLETE JOY & SATISFACTION for the OUTSTANDING SERVICE, POSITIVELY THE MOST DELICIOUS FOOD (everyone is still raving!), the BEAUTIFUL LAYOUT of everything I requested for the Reception Hall, the most WONDERFUL BAR TEAM (with hands down, the BEST PALOMAS EVER… the bride’s signature drink!) and truly, THE MOST DEDICATED TEAM TO WORK WITH in trying to assure your every wish, vision, budget… and all done with the utmost professionalism and kindness!!! Were there some issues along the way in the months of planning and preparation? Well yes, and that is completely resolved by the fact that as the customer investing your heart, time, energy and money into the wedding reception your daughter and you have dreamed of, you are surrounded with a team of EXCELLENT PROFESSIONALS WHO DO TRULY WANT TO ASSURE YOU THE EVENT OF YOUR DREAMS COMING TRUE… and the Fennec did just that on Saturday, April 12, 2025 for me, my daughter and now, husband!!! Trust me in sharing that there is nothing so wonderful as knowing on the big day that you, the bride, her bridesmaids will be pampered and fed the most PLENTIFUL and DELICIOUS BREAKFAST BUFFETT as the lovely ladies are getting dressed in the beautiful, spacious Cypress Room (this lovely room may be added on for a very reasonable fee!) and we were thrilled!!! ASHLEY CARRAWAY IS INDEED THE MOST PROFESSIONAL, KINDEST, GENUINE COORDINATOR you could ever be so fortunate to have and she, along with the kindest team, replenished the breakfast buffet, the lovely coffee bar and water station, and had such a beautiful Mimosa Bar set up for us ladies!!! (This may all be planned and discussed with RAMONA, who is the PLANNER AND THE VERY FIRST PERSON you will get to meet when you and your daughter tour The Fennec and fall in love with it as we did!!! ) RAMONA will coordinate your vision, your wishes, your budget into a personalized packet, unique to WHAT YOU AND YOUR BRIDE DESIRE and will be so HELPFUL IN SUGGESTIONS!!! It was RAMONA who actually helped my daughter and me realize the possibility of one of the most delicious items featured on our OUTSTANDING BUFFETT!!! She shared that this delicious Portabella Mushroom entree could actually be prepared by Chef John as one of our vegetable choices… and oh my, they were devoured!!! Speaking of CHEFS EXTRAORDINAR’… CHEFS JOHNS!!! A million kudos to them as this huge Italian/Polish family is still RAVING ABOUT TRULY THE MOST DELICIOUS FOOD EVER, consisting of perfectly prepared Filet Mignons/ Succulent Rosemary, Encrusted (ENTIRE) Chicken Breasts/ Mouthwatering Pistachio Encrusted Salmon/ and hands down, the BEST EGGPLANT ROULADE ever (2nd only to my Sweet Italian Momma!)/ Fabulous Mac n’ Cheese/ Buttery, Farm Fresh Vegetables/ the DELICIOUS Portabella and Mozzarella Mushrooms/ the most Beautiful and Delicious Strawberry Spring Salad with Pecans and Feta and FABULOUS Homemade Raspberry Vinaigrette and Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette/ and don’t forget the Buttery Yeast Rolls!!! How amazing it was to return to The Fennec after the Wedding Ceremony and still see ASHLEY CARRAWAY WORKING TIRELESSLY AND ALWAYS WITH A WARM SMILE, now assuring that EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT for the Reception!!! The Cypress Room was now transformed to the Beautiful Buffet Room and it was absolutely presented so beautifully and always replenished for our guests!!! The Bride and Groom was served their FABULOUS MEAL at their beautifully decorated Sweetheart Table and PRECIOUS ASHLEY served me a BEAUTIFUL AND DELICIOUS PLATE OF EVERYTHING!!! Truly emotionally beautiful to see my vision for my beautiful daughter’s dream come TRUE and ALWAYS, TRULY FOREVER THANKFUL TO THE HARDEST WORKING, DEDICATED TEAM you will ever be so thrilled to have in CHOOSING THE FENNEC FOR THE EVENT OF YOUR DREAMS!!! One important suggestion… I would 100 percent recommend the Valet Service that Ramona can arrange for you in the contract as parking is so limited and it was wonderful to have this hard working team taking care of all our guests!!!
