Facilities and Capacity

The Farm Ocean City was constructed in 2022, using southern yellow pine trees from the property. They used the Japanese method of "Shou sugi ban" to create a stable barn that would last for years to come. In this modern farmhouse, you can host a celebration with up to 200 of your loved ones. You can say 'I do' in front of the picturesque lake or mingle on the carefully manicured grounds. A tent or other facilities can be set up based on your needs. Built-in AV equipment ensures you have incredible sound quality for speeches or music as you dance the night away. Additionally, complimentary parking is available for you and your guests.
