A lot of money and total a la carte menu when it comes to tables and chairs but it is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and all of my guests loved the setting!!

Tami was great to work with. She answered all my questions and made sure we understood the entire process up front. She always accomodated our access to the room for vendor meetings and time for me and my coordinator to walk the site and take some notes and plan things out. We had our wedding and reception in the Jamison Hall. We had direct access to the side of the building, where people could sit to get away from the music or smoke or just to chat with everyone. It was very convenient. They allow you to bring in your own alcohol and you can also choose your own caterer (for an additional fee). I liked having that flexibility. You have to rent the tables and chairs from them (or from an outside company) but they are very reasonably priced and it was much easier and cheaper than hiring any of the local rental companies (trust me, I checked with all the major ones). We had the room from 6AM until 12AM and they are lenient with clean up time afterwards. The only thing you need to think about is there is no space for you and your wedding party to put personal belongings or use for down time during photos before the wedding. You can rent space from Wedding101, which is what we did and it worked out great! We really loved this place and we got some AMAZING photos around and inside the building.

We used building 8 in the Factory, which is where our church meets. We got a great deal since we are members of the church, but I would not have been able to pay full price. It's pretty expensive, but it is such a unique space with so much character. We hardly had to decorate the room at all, we just let it speak for itself! We loved it!

Because we got married in June and had a big crowd, the only un-booked room that was big enough for our reception was the common area. at first I was a little eh, but with the use of their black curtains we were able to procure some privacy. It was difficult to contact them, and sometimes the customer service was not the best. But it was very pretty and the wedding was fun so that's what counts!
We're all about trust. Our community relies on honest reviews to help you make those big decisions with ease.
