I can't recommend The Event Chicago, led by Lety Rangel, enough! Lety and Patricia were phenomenal as our day-of coordinators—calm, collected, and always one step ahead. Lety's demeanor was incredible—she kept me, as the bride, calm, excited, and feeling beautiful, always anticipating my next move and ensuring I stayed in the moment. Even when unexpected issues arose, they handled everything seamlessly, so the party and timeline never skipped a beat. Lety also led our floral planning, taking charge when we were behind and delivering proposals that perfectly matched our vision. Her communication was clear, professional, and proactive throughout the entire process. They exceeded all expectations and were worth every penny!

Amazing team of women!

The event chi team was incredible. I feel so lucky to have had them on my special day. Xiomara didn’t leave my side the entire morning/day while Veronica held it down at the venue so each piece of the day was taken care of. Any hiccups that happened was communicated and effectively resolved by the team and I never had to lift a finger. They went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and my partner and I were happy. They provide quality service and professionalism.

Wedding Day of Coordinators

Lety and Veronica were absolutely wonderful! I hired them as day of coordinators for my wedding. They handled everything and more! They truly made me feel so special and I could trust them to make the day go perfect! There were a couple mix ups with the venue set up and Lety made sure that the staff changed everything according to our plan. Any issue that came up they handled it with ease. They are both so sweet and I would 100% recommend them!
